Kong (King Kong as he's better known!) was a great chef/ teacher and really good fun. The food was so delicious - can't wait to try replicate this at home. You choose 4 dishes to cook, they catered to my allergy (nut allergy) and coeliac requirements (gluten free) - something I was anxious about but shouldn't have been! Our guide Samuth & driver Sombo were both very professional and the perfect duo for this experience. Samuth was very knowledgeable and entertained us the entire time with good stories and excellent humour, and also went at our pace the entire time so that we were comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend booking this experience with them; it’s very much worth it to pay a bit extra for a private tour vs larger group experience.

The sunrise tour at Angkor Wat was an unforgettable experience. The pick-up service was punctual and well-organized. Throughout the day, we visited four temples within the archaeological complex, each with its own unique charm.
The most breathtaking moment was undoubtedly watching Angkor Wat as the sun rose: the colors of the sky reflecting on the temple and the gradual illumination of the scenery were simply stunning.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, especially considering the great value for the price of the tour (not including the entrance ticket, which costs $37).
A special thanks to our guide, Se, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always available. He provided us with plenty of interesting information and took dozens of photos for us, making the tour even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the magic of Angkor Wat at sunrise!

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the Full-Day Angkor Wat Sunrise Private Tour with Angkor Wat Travel Tour Company, and I can’t recommend it enough! Our guide, Samuth, was simply exceptional.
From the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat to the intricate details of the temples, Samuth made every moment memorable. His deep knowledge of the history, architecture, and culture of the temples brought the experience to life. He took his time explaining the fascinating stories behind the carvings, the temples’ significance, and the ancient Khmer Empire, making the entire tour incredibly enriching.
What really stood out was Samuth’s ability to navigate the temple complex with ease. He knew all the best shortcuts to avoid crowds, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and serenity of each site. Samuth was fantastic and tailored our tour to suit us. It was a very worthwhile, early start, to see the magnificent Angkor Wat at sunrise, and he ensured we got a ront row view. Truly breathtaking.
It was excellent being in our own timetable to see the sites and would highly recommend Samuth as a guide who had plenty of knowledge and was very accommodating. Thank you to you Samuth and to our driver too.

We had an amazing over 8 hours tour with our private guide, Mr Sa, who is also our van driver. Sa was friendly, greets us with a smile and speaks well in English. Punctual pickup at hotel lobby at 4:30am, good Aircon van, with cold water bottles and cold towel supplies throughout the journey. If you need a breakfast earlier, your hotel can arrange for packed breakfast.
If you have not purchased your Temple Passes of 1 day or 3 days passes at USD37 per pax online, worry not, took a short stop at the Angkor Wat office to purchase. No long queues if you are early for sunrise. Purchase by card or in cash. Better in USD rates.
Our sunrise tour was on 3rd December which coincides with the Angkor Half Marathon, an annual international event. Lots of crowd with slight traffic heading towards Angkor Wat due to this event. Next time, should Google and check any major events happening around Angkor Wat before booking the tour date to avoid crowds and the jam. Nonetheless, our patient guide, Sa, cool and calm, got a good parking spot on the roadside and took us on foot to watch sunrise sitting by the river bank just outside Angkor entrance.
We visited Angkor Wat temple, one of the 7 wonders must see, with different levels of temples to climb. Make sure you wear good and comfortable walking shoes, wear long pants, covered for temple conduct (no hats within as a sign of respect). Sa was very knowledgeable and shared the historical and cultural beliefs and values of Cambodia. We were amazed with his story telling skills. My teenage son enjoyed his companionship very much and asked him some good questions.
After Angkor, we stopped over for breakfast at Palmboo Restaurant which served delicious Khmer cusines: fish amok, banana flower salad and the palm areca drink is first here.
We visited another two more temples: Tomb Raider (Angkor Tom) and Bayon Temple which are main temples in the short circuit of Angkor city.
Our guide is a very good photographer too. He knows and takes great photos, including panaromic shots. We are glad that we are the first Malaysian family Sa has ever taken on a tour.
Overall, an excellent tour which I would highly recommend to all visiting Siem Reap. Good job, passionate Sa!

We booked with this company based on past reviews and we are glad we did. Easy to book through Trip Advisor itself. The company was in touch the day before to advise booking tickets on line which was relatively easy to do. Also Kurt our guide was in touch the day before to confirm pick up time. It was an early start - 04.45 this was to ensure you had a decent viewpoint for sunrise over the Angkor Wat. Kurt was a fantastic guide, good knowledge of not only Angkor Wat but the other 4 temples we also visited. Also a shout out for our driver, provided us with cold towels and cold water throughout the trip. To summarise, great experience with a fab tour guide and driver. The temples were amazing and not too crowded, plus back in time to our hotel for lunch . The only extras to pay for is the entry ticket $37 per person (this includes all the sites you’ll visit) and then a stop off for breakfast at a local restaurant

I had the most incredible experience on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour, thanks to our amazing guide, Preim. From the very start, his warm and welcoming personality made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead. Preim’s deep knowledge of Cambodia’s history was truly impressive; he shared fascinating stories and details about the temples and the culture, giving us a deeper understanding of the rich heritage of Angkor.
The sunrise at Angkor Wat was absolutely magical, and Preim knew the perfect spot to capture the breathtaking view. His photography skills are top-notch, and he took stunning pictures of us against the backdrop of the temples, ensuring we had memories to treasure forever. He was also happy to offer tips for capturing the best shots on our own, which made the experience even more special.

We had the most amazing time with Mare, our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat Archaeological Park and answered all of our questions. We had so much fun exploring and got to see 4 various temples that were all very different and just stunning to see. This tour was the perfect amount of time and seeing sunrise over Angkor Wat was something we would definitely recommend! Service was 5 stars as well - Mare and his driver were so gracious and provided private car service as well as cold waters and cool wipes after every stop. I would highly highly recommend Mare!!

We had an excellent experience visiting Angkor Wat and 3 other temples in the Angkor complex with our fantastic guide Mare, who was warm and knowledgeable. Mare was at our hotel before our appointed pickup time of 4:50am (we’d purchased the temple tickets online ahead of time) and he got us a choice spot to watch the first color and sunrise where we could catch the full reflection in the pool. We had a super-comfortable ride in a spacious air conditioned van - want to give a shoutout to our ever-smiling driver Channy who had cold bottled water and wet towelettes ready after every temple trek. Mare also took some great pics of us :) Highly recommended!

The trip was amazing. Our guide Sok collected us and took us to Angkor Wat for the sunrise. There were many people there but he took us to spots where we could get great photos and explained the history very clearly. Water was provided on the trip and the restaurant that we stopped at for breakfast was very nice. Nothing was too much trouble for Sok and I would recommend this trip. You do have to pay extra for the one day pass but it is worth it as entry to the other temples is included.

We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, as stated on the website. We did not inquire about an airport drop off, but you can always ask. Maybe they will do it for an extra fee?
