Angkor Temples Bike Tour from Siem Reap
USD 45.00
Overview
Cover more ground in less time on a bike tour of Angkor Wat from Siem Reap. Perfect for active travelers, this excursion reveals more of the UNESCO-listed site and offers a glimpse into the Cambodian countryside. See Angkor Wat’s famous temples from a different perspective, and receive personalized attention from your guide in a small group limited to 14. Pack light, as lunch, snacks, and bottled water are included.
What to Expect

After greeting your guide at a central location in Siem Reap, you’ll receive a safety briefing before jumping onto your bike. On arrival at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, you’ll purchase an entrance pass and begin to explore the Temples of Angkor Archaeological Park.

Marvel at the 12th-century Angkor Wat complex before following the main road to Angkor Thom, replete with stone sculptures depicting demons and deities. Learn about the cultural significance of the Bayon Temple, the Terrace of the Leper King, and the Royal Enclosure from your guide.

After a break for lunch and refreshments, you’ll return to Siem Reap via Cambodian villages that offer a glimpse into rural life.

Outstanding insights into the temples

Sambo was our trip leader and he is like a college professor on wheels. He knows so much about the history of the temples and is passionate about sharing them. The bikes were like new, it felt very safe, and the food was great.
