- shyleea20230 contributionsFantastic FishSuch a beautiful aquarium. The kids really loved all the exhibits. The domes that let them be "in" the aquarium are something we've never experienced before. We lived the "touching" spot were you could feel some reef friends. We took our time and really tried to see it all.Written 27 June 2023
- kimd67100 contributionsFamily friendlyIt's small. But worth it for the experience. Tickets are kinda expensive. Would go again. Wish there was more hands on with animalsWritten 1 April 2023

- DianeA8270 contributionsUnder the sea funWe loved the interactive activities for the children. Even though there are still covid restrictions in place there are still fun activities for the children.. It was educational and well done. We loved the small area for children to touch the starfish and anemones. The exhibits are lovely. It is a perfect time for families.Written 27 May 2021
- grandeb20210 contributionsThey don't care about their customersAs many other reviews state, the aquarium is small and doesn't compare to other aquariums. In my opinion, it's not worth the money. It is also clear that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They make it so you can make a reservation online and then deny the reservation once you get there. They have all sorts of stipulations about their memberships and passes, but don't address them when you're making a reservation online. So, if you're not careful, you will be able to make a reservation that they will invalidate upon arrival. And their solution to this terrible practice is that you get to pay for tickets at 40% off. What a scam. Their reservation policy is deceitful and unfair. There are better aquariums elsewhere that are a better value and show better concern for their customers.Written 9 April 2021
- ianmL5596EE0 contributionsGreat little aquariumI have to admit, we are from the Toledo area, and the Aquarium there is SUPER cool, but this was a great little aquarium! Plenty of things for the kids to see - I think we walked through it in about 30-40 minutes and spent a few minutes at the touch tank and every activity they had. The kids had fun! They also did a great job of spacing out the people as they went in - it felt like we had the place to ourselves, almost!Written 5 March 2021

- Varsha G0 contributionsSmall but goodBefore visiting this aquarium we thought it will be quite big but it was little small compared to our exceptions. However, they have good collection of animals and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My son enjoyed this place. We felt the ticket was little expensive compared to the size of aquarium. This place is good for one time visit.Written 19 September 2020
- GItravelerusa0 contributionsEducational place to visitMy family really liked and appreciated the aquarium. I brought up my girls to appreciate & respect nature. So my wife & 20 year old daughter had fun. We enjoyed reading about the all the creatures there & seeing the stingrays, sharks & sea turtles in action. If you're the kind of person that likes to take their time, enjoys what their doing, & likes to learn new things about nature, I think you'll enjoy this place.Written 5 March 2020
- Equln0x10 contributionsGood way to kill some time. The aquarium was small and had a lot of normal fish. I thought it was a little pricey for the small space.Written 29 February 2020
- aPicPaints1000words0 contributionsKids Enjoyed ItWe went on a Saturday which was probably one of the busiest times for this place. The kids loved and has the same offerings of a larger aquarium but at a smaller scale. It is a great add on if you are visiting legoland. Even though they stagger how many people enter at a time it was very crowded. The kids had a hard time getting to see everything based on the crowd but then again we were there at a peak time to go.Written 29 February 2020

Sea Life is a chain of aquariums that are usually housed in shopping centers. They are small and confined by the space they occupy. The exhibits are also small. Kid friendly. Numerous open water exhibits, a touch pool with sea urchins, and the newest crowd pleaser, an acrylic tunnel that runs underneath an exhibit stocked with sting rays, sharks and green sea turtles. Packed with educational information, Sea Life aquariums generally have been accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Accreditation is vigorous, thorough and expensive. So, they are doing something right. Many will be disappointed at how small the facility is, given the price of admission. A valid gripe. They try to make up for lack of space by plastering every surface with educational messaging. The adults may appreciate this. But, it's over the heads of the kids. There is a small climbing facility near the end of the facility.
If education is your goal, this is an OK place to go, if you're willing to coach your kids on the educational messages scattered through-out. Kids can point and be in awe of various exhibits filled with different animals (fish, turtles, sharks, rays, jelly fish etc.) But on a rainy day, it's a short, expensive diversion.

We purchased combo tickets and visited legoland and the aquarium together. Both places were extremely small, packed full of families and not worth the high price tag. We were completely through the aquarium in 45 minutes and that includes letting the kids play on the playscape at the end. We drove from Grand Rapids for this day and felt cheated. If you're in the area, maybe. But don't waste your time if your further away.

We decided to visit to get out of the house with 3 children age 4-7. We purchased single event tickets online as the combo tickets were sold out. There were no lines as we were encouraged to arrive at entrance only at our scheduled time. We got right into the aquarium. Masks required as well as social distancing. There was soap sanitizer dispensaries throughout. The size and variety of tanks was adequate but definitely geared towards small children. The interactive crawl tunnels were closed. There is no option to avoid the gift shop which is chalked full of $20 dollar stuffed toys. Be prepared to enjoy the fish and pay double the ticket price to exit through the gift shop. Would I take my 4 year old back. Yes because she loves the fish and is an only child. While we had a good time I don't think the price is a good value for families with multiple kids.

This is the second time that we did the behind the scenes. Charlotte was amazing. She added a lot of personality and fun to the experience. Jordan took a lot of time to give the kids special attention and answered their questions in terms that they could understand. I would recommend the tour.

Terrible experience! They had no record of our tickets. They found tickets booked with the same last 4 digest of my credit card, on the same day I booked tics and for the exact date/time I reserved but reserved for 3 different names 🧐. The aquarium is inside a mall with no service so my receipt wouldn’t load to show them. 100 bucks wasted. I’m still trying to get my money back.
Don’t go near this place. Scam.

Loved it, no there is not spinning whirls gigs, and bright lights. This is an excellent aquarium, wide variety, lots to see and learn...and interactive touching critters display. Overall nice experience.

This attraction is a total waste of money. Paid $110 and completed the aquarium in 30 minutes. Sure they have great displays but not worth the money for a family of 4. Maybe half this cost tops.

This was a big mistake ordering tickets through Trip Advisor. Because I didn't get actual tickets, they could not be honored at the aquarium. The manager didnt know how to proceed so I ended up having to buy tickets on site. Will be calling to complain.

Very nice little aquarium. We particularly enjoyed the jellyfish display as it changes colors and the tunnel to walk through. The turtles were fun to watch as well.
Due to COVID, we could only go through one direction one time. Usually you can start over and look again. I do wish we could have had the opportunity to do so. The tickets are very expensive for only one walk through.

I probably should’ve read reviews and researched prior. I have been to many aquariums and this might have been the most subpar. It’s in an outlet mall (wasn’t prepared for that). Super busy. Super packed. Everyone packed in a small space together. It was a little unsanitary to me (especially given the circumstance). Wasn’t worth the $25/person to me.
