This was an amazing experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with one of the best tour guide in the world. Ahmed was super friend and very knowledgeable of every location we discovered while on our trip.

First of all, we had the best tour guide ever, Sam! He is like a walking encyclopedia, with information about all things Dubai and worldwide - buildings, foods, historical facts, you name it! The sand dunes were so fun! We ordered the Polaris dune buggy ride and it was a blast! It was so much fun and memorable! I would definitely do it again! Sam met us at the hotel and ensured safe transport to and from. Once there, he took pictures and accompanied us every step of the way. Every excursion we booked was prompt and well organized by Sam. He's the absolute best! Anyone planning a trip to dubai, find this guy and book him! You will not be disappointed! His knowledge, professionalism, prompt timeliness, pleasant, fun personality, and vast in-depth knowings of Dubai and worldwide facts about buildings historical facts and events, demographics, foods, and just so much is superb!

I’m the co-owner of a travel club, Ultimate Experience Abroad (12yrs). In our search for a vendor to handle our group’s needs in Dubai, we came across Surprise Tourism. After several conversations with Stephen and Asif we decided to use their services! We found a gem of a company in Dubai with impeccable customer care! The attention to details and communication with the group was appreciated! They took pictures and created a couple of videos that were only for a few seconds, but were a nice touch that we weren’t expecting! I traveled with a group of 48 persons to the UAE, April 18 -28, on a customized tour. We spent 7 nights in Dubai and 2 in Abu Dhabi. We visited Sharjah and Fujairah. From start to finish, the trip was executed with an impressive level of professionalism. All service providers were courteous, pleasant and cheerful. Our driver was focused on his job at all times, making sure we had a smooth transition between sites. We arrived on time or early for all scheduled events and never had to complain about the manner in which he drove. It was easy to conclude that he is an experienced driver. He seemed to know all the routes, from Dubai, to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Fujairah (no GPS required). Everyone felt safe driving with him, and this helped to make the trip soar above our expectations. Without the phenomenal guide, Saad (Sam), the trip might have been less exciting and enjoyable. He displayed a wealth of knowledge about each site and destination that we visited. He was patient, accommodating, and unpretentious. He knows how to navigate long lines and crowds to get us where we needed to be. Within a day of being with us, Sam could recognize each member of the group, regardless of the crowds in which we found ourselves. Because of Sam, we returned with hundreds of pictures, that I am still sharing with the group. Without hesitation, the trip was one of the top three that I have done (I have been traveling with groups since 2000). Thanks to all those who worked behind the scenes at Surprise Tourism and to our driver and Sam for a trip that was characterized by a myriad of pleasant memories that will last a lifetime.

We had an amazing time. It was a group of approximately 75 of us and we had a blast. The Dune bashing felt like a roller-coaster ride.
