I paid for the trip and got a voucher, we waited for the day of the trip in the lobby and no one came, we tried to contact us and they hung up inside

Our driver/guide Ali was excellent. Friendly but very professional & knowledgeable. We were not rushed & it made for a very relaxing day. He even treated us to some special tea at the end of the tour. A delightful experience.

Would not recommend. First they pick us up and we get turned away from entry to Abu Dhabi. It’s not listed anywhere that you need a Covid test, a passport, and can’t have come from other “red” countries without a 10 day quarantine in order to enter Abu Dhabi. Mind you this is by road, it felt like we were entering another country, the hoops to jump through just to get turned away. There is NO INFORMATION on this page about restrictions. I contacted the tour operator who is EXTREMELY rude, and literally told me “it’s not my problem you come from a red state” how are we supposed to know if there’s no info. Refused the refund and now I have to go through my bank. Definitely would not use this company “Holidays district” again!

The tour proceeded on time. Guide Zee was kind and knowledgeable about the places to visit. In particular, the Grand Mosque and the Presidential Palace were beautiful and amazing beyond description. It was better to have good memories with the people who went on the tour together.

must do this adventure activity if you are in Dubai. we had an amazing evening in desert during this activity, dune bashing was fun our Guide Ahmed was very professional, camel trekking was awesome our kids and we enjoyed it, after that we was taken to desert camp were was many thing do to and dinner was Delicious thanks Holidays District for amazing experience.

We had an amazing time on our Desert Safari Tour! Our host Muhammad had a great personality and is perfect as a guide! He entertained our whole family (including 3 kids) and made the car ride fun over the high dunes which are often hard with kids. He was very informative about Dubai and we highly recommend him for anyone interested.

We went to red dunes Safari yesterday and we had a blast. It was absolutely amazing service we had one of the very best tour company by the name of Holidays District there guide Muhammed made everything so much more fun from explaining and making us understand everything better to ensuring that we were OK at all times.. I would definitely do the safari tour again as long as Falcon is our tour guy again!!
