- 249naveeds0 contributionsAvoid.Avoid this tour operator. Glorified taxi service. Highly unprofessional. I was unfamiliar with the area and wanted a professional private fully guided tour. Did not provide any private knowledgeable guide. Promised a luxury SUV which ended up being a mid level vehicle. Very seriously overcharged for what is available at a small fraction of the price through Experience Al Ula. Put me on buses where Experience Al Ula provides private tours. Tried to charge me all upfront. Thankfully I resisted. Cancelled my trip after first of three days when I insisted on what I had paid for (50%). Experience Al Ula were shocked when I explained how much I was paying for what I was getting. Don’t be fooled like me.Written 6 January 2024
