Our morning cooking class starts in the local vegetable and fish markets where we will buy all our fresh ingredients (Afternoon classes start at our cooking studio). From there, we walk through the historic Diocletian Palace on the way to our professional cooking studio. Throughout the walk, our chefs will describe the history, significance, and philosophy of the Dalmatian ingredients and palette.
Once we arrive to the studio we will open the wine, pour the drinks and get to work making a traditional Croatian meal. Your instructor, one of our many premier Croatian chefs, will explain the process and assist you throughout the course (they are known to be jokesters, too... after all, laughter is one of our most important ingredients!). At the end of the course, you will take your seat at our dining table and enjoy the meal, the wine, and the atmosphere.
