The tour guide, Darko, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible with time. He gave enough information about the places visited and enough time to explore the place by myself to take photos and videos. He even added a visit to the Kokino megalithic observatory which was not a part of the itinerary. Overall, great tour and great service!Written 7 September 2022

OK, so this maybe isn't really a 5 but a 4.5, but the tour was excellent and I would have no hesitation booking with this company again.
Our guide Boris was few minutes late for pick-up at our hotel (Skopje traffic can be a mess) for our private tour, but he was very personable and knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The car was a newer model and comfortable and he was a very reasonable driver. The border crossing was no problem at all and he kept our options open to stop or not stop in Pristina (many clients simply want to go straight to Prizren) and how long to spend there. After hitting the main sights (National Library, Mother Teresa Cathedral, Bill Clinton Boulevard, etc.), we stopped for a quick coffee and headed down the road to Prizren.
Again, we hit the sights (Prizren is gorgeous) and were left with some time to explore on our own as well - up to the Kalaja Fortress, which is a little bit of a hike). Boris took pictures of us together and was helpful, but not intrusive.
Now, my only "negatives". The tour is a little pricey and does not include food. However, it is 9-10 hours long and clearly food was going to be involved. So, what was the deal going to be? Once in Prizren, we were guided to a gift shop and restaurant (Besimi Beska). The gift shop was literally no pressure at all (if anything, the proprietor was on the timid side) and the pricing was fine and the restaurant was actually quite good and reasonably priced. Also, Boris politely decided to "visit some friends" during our meal, so we were not obligated to buy him lunch. However, what the company should do is simply build the price of the lunch into the tour, say that food is included and still come to the same restaurant. It takes away the mystery and the pressure and the outcome is the same.
We ended with a car ride back to the hotel and Boris was able to arrange for a (fully licensed, regulated) cab to the airport for us two days later. In all, Boris was excellent and tour well worth it. A little tweaking and it's a true 5.

Our family of four had a great time with Vlado on this trip. He has a lot of knowledge about Balkan, and we had a really nice time. This was a private tour, so we really felt that we were taken good care of.
Vlado took us to Pristina where we took a walk in the city, visited the cathedral, the city library and a local mosque and we also had lunch in Pristina at a really nice place. I don’t know why the description says the duration is 15 minutes in Pristina, because we stayed there for a lot longer.
We then went to Prizren, a really gem of a city, and Vlado took us to a local bakery for some sweets which was really nice.
All in all, we are very satisfied, and can highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the highlights of Kosovo in one day.

We had an excellent guide, called Boris. He brought us to both cities and shared the history culture and cuisine. He was extremely patient answered all our questions. Recommended food took pictures for us. Bros us to the jewelry, stores and souvenir places that we asked for extended the trip in accordance to the amount of time we want us to stay in areas we got to enter a mosque orthodox church And had the most delicious meal

Our guide, Vlado, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about all your stops and the entire region, as he is very well-traveled. Vlado was a very careful and conscientious driver as well. I didn’t know what to expect as a mom traveling alone with two teenage daughters, but we really had an excellent day all around Kosovo, and learned about Macedonia as well. I also carefully researched to book this tour because it didn’t require a lot of additional extras for entry tickets, etc. We will definitely be back to book him for other tours!

Spent a fun day with Vlado. He speaks excellent English and has been to a million places, so he has lots of fun stories to keep the driving parts of the trip interesting. Can also answer any questions you have about either local or Balkan history. Prizren was the highlight for me. Little gem of a city with nice views all around. Great option if you only have a bit of time and want to see the main parts of Kosovo on a single day trip.

This has been the worst tour ever. Our guide Vlado is certainly a driver but not a guide. His information are highly unreliable and he can be rude. The tour is far too expensive for the poor experience we had. I would have loved to know more about the history and culture of Kosovo, but our guide was unable to explain anything. He drives and walks, but we paid for a guide, which he is not. I do not recommend this tour at all.

It was a good tour; you didn't really know what to expect because you don't know much about Kosovo.
The guide Boris was very accommodating and gave very interesting information.
Pristina is quite "grey" and doesn't have much to offer in terms of sightseeing. Prizren is a bit nicer and you can take a nice walk and enjoy the landscape. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes where you can sit.
Kosovo is interesting to see once, unfortunately the country doesn't offer much in the way of tourism.
I was very satisfied with the way my guide Boris conducted the tour! Thank you very much!

Incredible day trip. Guide was friendly talkative and well versed in the history and culture of Kosovo. Was able to customize the tour and lots of time for snack breaks and coffee to keep fueled throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Borris gave us a super cultural day. He fully complied with our wishes and adjusted his planning accordingly. Two beautiful cities to admire and really had the time to look around. It was a nice day!
