          Very pleasant tour
Our tour guide Molicia is an excellent, responsible and professional tour guide, she tried to give us all the information about places we were seeing, and her English is very good and hardly has an accent. I will definitely recommend everyone to sign up for this tour.

          Great experience!
My friend and I booked the tour on short notice and were accommodated. Yes, there was walking and stairs, but Dragana was gracious and worked around it with 2 seniors who tried. Dragana was amazing, shared her depth of knowledge, fun facts and background information. There were stops for refreshments and also lunch on our own. Our driver, Dragan, was friendly, hospitable and contributed to the tour's efficient and timely progress. We'll book another tour when we return in a few months. Highly recommended.

Stefan was a terrific guide! I learned so much and enjoyed the walk immensely. The diverse architecture was particularly striking.

          Great trip for nature lovers
Had a beautiful day, the tour was actually so much better than I expected. Gorgeous views of the mountains and forests, western Serbia is so picturesque! The highlight was definitely a train ride! So much fun! Beautiful wooden village and very curious Drina river house. The tour was well organized and interesting. We learned a lot about Serbian history from our guide Jovan.

Best way to discover Belgrade in a day :-)
Very pleasant day with really great team, both driver and guide! They really did a great job to make it the best possible, and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs…never made us feel we needed to rush or anything, quite the opposite. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience 🙏

5 days tour with Victor Tours
They offer this best of Serbia in one week which was in fact only 5 days as day 1 and day 7 were only airport transfers, and those tours are not your usual coach tours, basically they repackage their small individual tours and combine it as a hotel + + roundtrip airport transfer + tour package. Nonetheless I felt it was money well spent First 2 days Miloš was my guide to Zlatibor and he was absolutely amazing, humours and willing to discuss all sorts of topics. The third day I had Dragana to the Novi Sad, he’s very informative, but I felt it would be better if we could go there earlier so that we can spend more time in the town to visit the museums there Next an excursions to the Golubac Fortress with Milica. although it advertised iron gate should also be part of the tour, I don’t recall doing that, it was replaced with Lepenski Vir. The last day with them I had Belgrade city tour also with Milica. went to the Belgrade Fortress, Zemun, Avala Mountain and observatory, drove passed the luxury district of Belgrade and ended in Saint Sava. It was kind of disappointing that there was no introduction to the actual town with core history to what happened to the manipulation during the Yugo time and NATO bombings. Hotel selection wise- I paid an upgrade to their 4 star package which was decent, if only they can guarantee you at the Hilton then it might be worth upgrading to their 5 star package. The Hyatt Regency is too far from the action

          Belgrade Victor Tour Experience
The tour was a great introduction to Belgrade and we had a very informative tour guide. We were however disappointed in that we did not have the advertised walk through Zemun and in particular the advertised coffee break and lunch break- it made for a very long day and it was just lucky we didn't require a toilet stop and had some snack bars in our bags. It is for these reasons I have only given the tour an "average " rating.

          Remembering Tito
It was very interesting to visit Tito and his mausoleum. The grave was not as impressive as visiting Stalin or Mao, however the photographs outlining his life were extremely interesting. There is also a museum on the grounds which gives an overview of Yugoslavia and its history. I found this very informative and interesting to walk through..

Disappointing tour despite excellent tour guide
I’ll confess the fact that it rained a lot and we had a fog in the mountains didn’t help but just looking at the attractions of the day they were a bit of a letdown. The Drina river house is cool but just a quick stop. The train ride was fun but too long and the Wooden Town is a tourist trap with nothing worth seeing. So a lot of driving and not much to justify it. The thing that made the trip fun was our guide and driver Joven who was a fountain of knowledge about Serbia and shared interesting stories about his family that made the long hours in the car enjoyable. But can’t say this was a tour I would recommend.

A great day trip for people who've never been to Serbia before.
This is perfect for anyone who has never been to Serbia (or Belgrade area) before! Our tour guide, Aleksandar, was more than amazing. I absolutely adored him. He was very patient with me and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about Serbia. He was very informative of the all the sights/attractions we visited. He also introduced us to an awesome restaurant during our lunch break. I should mention that there is A LOT of walking and stairs during this day trip. It's best suited for people who can handle it. It's honestly a tour I would do again in a heartbeat when I visit this beautiful country again!!

          The Best
We worked with Victor Tours to design a custom itinerary. We wanted a private driver and guide to take us by car from Prague to Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Romaia. Our driver was Uros from Serbia. The whole trip was absolutely amazing and our expectations were exceeded. We had special dietary requirements and we were well taken care of. Overall a fantastic trip and experience. Thank You

If you know nothing about Serbian culture, but you would like to, you have take this tour!
I had absolutely no perception about pre-historic Europe, Serbia, Balkans and Yugoslavia, but yesterday I had a wonderful day in a company of professional guide Alex, who used the time when we were on the way to Golubac Fortress to explain all milestones in Serian history.

The tour itself is very gorgeous it terms of sightseeing. Golubac Forterss is something you definitely want to see by your eyes - it's so stunning.

Lepenski Vir is another important place to visit. There is a very symbolic place where 8000 years history is very concentrated in small peace of land.

Overall it was the best day during my vacation in Serbia so don't miss your chance and take a shot!
        Thanks for Viktor Tours!

If you're looking for something to do while in Belgrade, this is a great day trip. The guides were very knowledgeable about both the fortress and museum and just the area in general. While traveling to these destinations, the views of the Danube and Romania were beautiful. Finally, the meal at the local place was great and you got to enjoy some amazing views while eating. I would definitely recommend doing.

Picked up from our accommodation and we set off south and had a quick stop at a roadhouse for coffee and lollies/chocolate. We soon turned off the main road towards the east and the roads deteriorate quickly. We pass through many small villages which have the houses built very close to the road. Probably a hang over from the days of horse and cart and some of the houses and outbuildings definitely are of that era. The houses vary from very old to recent, from small to mansions. Our first stop was Viminacium Archaeological Park which is an area that has several archaeological digs happening. The main sites are covered by a large cover to protect them from the weather. In the first one we also ventured underground to view some frescoes and this involved walking through tunnels only about 4 feet high. The guide told us about the park in Serbian and Jelica translated for us. Also saw a mammoth skeleton. Next stop was Golubac where we were due to have a traditional Serbian lunch however the restaurant was closed so we went to Zlatna Ribica restaurant which was a bit upmarket but had a very nice meal and at a very good price.
After lunch we headed to Golubac Fortress however we arrived at 2:10 and the fortress closed at 2:00 pm, so we only got to see the fortress from the front gate of the complex. Disappointed!! We did a drive through the Iron Gate Gorge however we did not really think of it as a gorge, just a wide river with steepish sides but not cliffs. We then headed back to Belgrade where we arrived at about 5:00 and was dropped at our accommodation. 3 out of 5 as we missed the fortress which was one of the main reasons we picked this tour.

It was an amazing day. Jelica, our tour guide,
did a fantastic job she was very enthusiastic about everything she described. I loved our lunch spot which was not really a restaurant but was someone’s house and it was so authentic and fun. The fortress is huge and so amazing to see. Lepenski Vir, an amazing archeological site, was also a big surprise and very professionally showcased. If it weren’t for this tour I probably would not have known about any of these attractions so thank you Victor Tours!

I'm an American woman traveling solo. I feel very safe in Serbia and really enjoyed this tour. The guide was extremely knowledge, attentive and spoke beautiful English.

The fortress was incredibly interesting - so much history.

The Lepenski museum was really great - remains from 7500 BC!

My favorite part was the lunch at this fabulous restaurant on the Danube. It's also an open art gallery, and the food was incredible. It made me think of my Grandma's cooking. If you like authentic, homemade European cooking - this is the place.

Overall, wonderful experience and highly recommended.

I recommend this tour to anyone who likes castles, history, and ancient cultures. The tour is focused mainly on these aspects, so do not expect a walk through nature. However, these aspects are handled brilliantly. Our tour guide was fluent in english, friendly, great driver and extremely knowledgable about not only Serbian history and sights but also about the neighboring countries or Serbian economics and politics. Thank you!

In this tour, you will see all the must-sees along Eastern Serbia. The drive is incredible with gorgeous view of the Danube and the forts are beautiful with incredible history. The lunch stop you will make is probably the most scenic lunch you will ever have! Don't miss it! Nevena and Ivan were great tour guides and made sure all our questions went answered. Don't think twice - book this trip!

We did the day trip to Iron Gate, Golubac fortress with Damyan from Serbia Travel Service as our guide.

There was an overturned truck on the highway out of Belgrade and Damyan managed to take the inside roads and show us some additional sights on the way.

The boat ride on the Danube was exhilarating and Golubac fortress is quite picture perfect.

A great day out and thanks to Damyan to make the trip lively, entertaining and informative.
