Meet your guide just outside one the biggest markets in Lima,
where you´ll begin the first part of the tour, by exploring the different stalls, getting to know the people and trying out different local fruits, vegetables and snacks. After about an hour, you head towards an amazing stall, ran by a young man who at his 23 years old, decided he wanted to follow his dream of opening a seafood stall and is now focusing on teaching others about his passion.
He will teach you in a 2 hour class all the tricks a Ceviche has and also how to make his famous Crab Causa. And of course, with some Pisco Sour to go along!
