Arnold was the most informative tour guide we’ve had on our month long trip, being so genuine in his explanations of different sacred spaces and the way Incan and Andean cultures viewed the ecosystem. When I come back to Peru I will absolutely be coming on another tour with him. He is so good about having the rider form a relationship with their horse and truly cares deeply about these animals. 100 out of 10 in terms of a way to connect to the land and see ruins.

Our guide Arnold was wonderful. He made contact with us the day before our excursion and picked us up on time. He throughly explained everything we needed to know about riding horses and made everyone feel comfortable. Those of us with experience were also allowed to move along faster at a trot or canter if we wanted. Arnold was also very knowledgeable of Inca culture and gave very informative talks at each historic site we visited. I would highly recommend this excursion for those with and without horse riding experience.

Beautiful views, fun trail, and enjoyed learning more about Incan history and culture. Arnold picked us up from our hotel, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver, so extra points for that. He was thorough in explaining horse and riding safety, and very thoughtful in how to best meet and connect with the beautiful horses. He was communicative and attentive during the ride as well to make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The sites were not all very exceptional to us after visiting Machu Picchu, but history was interesting and Arnold was so expressive, thorough, and thoughtful. My daughter and I loved this experience. Recommend.

I cannot recommend this tour enough! Arnold is so friendly and knowledgeable about the ruins and history of the area. He took the time to get to know us and made us feel so comfortable riding the horses. This tour was definitely one of our favorites. Thank you again to Arnold and his team!

Arnold was such a great guide! This was a super fun way to see some temples and other Inca sites, as well as the countryside near Cusco, and Arnold and his horses were excellent companions. He was very knowledgeable about the history and the culture of the people, and we loved that he was so willing to share stories and experiences with us. We also didn't have a lot of prior experience with horses, so Arnold and his team were very attentive in making sure that we felt comfortable and knew how to ride. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

Wonderful experience! Really great to be in an intimate group. Arnold is a fantastic guide. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic sharing about the horses, land and culture. His horses are beautiful. He introduced us to them to build trust and described their unique personalities. He has horses well suited for beginner and experienced riders. We walked with some moments of trotting and galloping too. The land is stunning, peaceful and full of story. The sacred sites are mesmerizing. This is a perfect ride to get a feel for the area and some of the Sacred sites. Then you can return to any sites that catch your heart to take more time. I would do this again. Thank you Arnold and Jeramallo! 💛

Amazing experience! Arnold was wonderful at explaining everything with such passion. They treat the horses very well too. You can go as fast or as slow as you want and really connect with the horses. Also if you don’t want to spend a whole day traveling but still get a wonderful experience this is a good half day experience. Highly recommend!

Arnold as an anthropologist as well is an excellent teacher on site at each ruin we visited. He speaks from the heart, shares insights from his grandmother‘s medicinal knowledge, takes good care of his guests and truly delivers a hands-on, participatory experience. The horses were beautiful and well-behaved for beginners. Those who wanted to trot faster had good horses for that as well. Arnold‘s assistant Franco followed behind our group of four. I am so glad I found Arnold! Thank you. 🙏

Riding on horseback was one of our favorite ways to explore the Sacred Valley, and this half day tour with Andrea was just magical. My family of four (with two boys ages 13 and 10) were first time equestrians (except our 10 year old who had a week-long equestrian summer camp experience). We had no problem with the horses, they were very gentle. The landscape seen on horseback was just beautiful, and this allowed us to explore some of the more remote Inka ruins where we had it all to ourselves. Andrea spoke very good experience and is an exceptional guide. She shared with us her knowledge of the culture, especially its spiritual elements which helped us understand the significance of the temples we visited. She was also full of energy and her enthusiasm for the place and culture shined through. This was our favorite experience in the Sacred Valley. Thank you for making it special!

In our ride, we met upon a lost little lamb that was separated from its flock. We brought the lamb with us and met the herder down the road. It was very touching to see the lamb bleat, and the herd bleat back when they were finally united.

Arnold was an amazing tour guide, with very good spoken English skills. He was extremely knowledgeable on all 4 locations we visited, and it really felt like he cared about the incan culture and sharing it with others. His explanations were always very good.

The start of the tour was very cool. He gave a description of all of the horses and let us pick the ones we think we'd get on with best. He also gave very clear and good instruction about riding horses (which I needed as a complete beginner).

Before (and during) the tour the communication was very clear. He messaged us in the morning to ensure we had recieved the information emailed out the night before.

Arnold made it clear he was thankful to have us choose his tour, I hope he reads this and knows that I am extremely thankful to have been on the tour led by him!
