The trip was very nice! Well organized, informative, nice guides, all transfers were very well prepared. The Hotel in Aguas Calientes was also fine. Machu Picchu was impressive. We made the right choice to buy the tickets for Circuit 1 AND 3! Judy (the guide) did her best to organize the entrance to Circuit 2, but (perhaps due to the fact that is was Sunday - with free entrance for inhabitants from Cusco) it was very busy and extra control was in place. Therefore we had no chance to get in. Luckily we had (as advised by you) both tickets!! Because our Circuit 3 ticket was only from 15:00 Judy had some discussions at the control point, but she managed to get us in! The big advantage of visiting both Circuits was that we now had the chance to see really all parts of MP. Great!! All in all we were very satisfied with the trip. Thanks for organizing.

FlyCusco made this experience smooth and effortless. The communication was excellent. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The transports were on time and the drivers kept us safe. I especially enjoyed the tour guides. Our first day we met Efrain. He taught us so much and made the day very enjoyable. We enjoyed the stops and learning all about the Andean people and the Inca history. Efrain had a love of his country and his people that showed! Judy met us in Machu Picchu city and made sure we were tucked in and ready for Machu Picchu the next day. She was also our guide at Machu Picchu. She was a delight and also gave wonderful insights and information. Our time in Machu Picchu was special. I would highly recommend FlyCusco for this once in a lifetime experience.

I would highly recommend this tour and travel agency. Jhordy and Rayza were a pleasure to deal with and were so helpful and responsive in organizing the tour. Our guides Justino and Victor were great and super knowledgeable. You come to feel as if you are being given a tour by friends rather than a tour guide. Our drivers Jorge and Martin were very friendly and helpful. All of them helped to make this trip a wonderful experience. I will definitely be looking forward to working with them again for my future trips.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! We loved every single moment of the tour! Our guide was excellent on both occasions, for the sacred valley and for Machu Picchu. We got to see the amazing sunrise at Machu Picchu. Their tour management was fantastic, the hotel at Machu Picchu was really good, excellent location and choice. Overall, one of the best trips of our lifetime, and very memorable! We traveled with our 10 year old, and not once did we feel uncomfortable or not accommodated. The ride back to the hotel from the train station was via a private vehicle and the driver was very gracious on dropping us back to the hotel even though it was pretty late by the time our train reached the station.

We were 3 senior couples and we enjoyed the wonderful service provided by Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency. We had a great guide, Victor, in Cusco who dropped us off later at the Ollantaytambo Train station for the Vistadome train to Aguas Galientes. We were received by Rayza who took to the nearby Inti Punku Machu Pichhu Hotel and left early morning to Machu Picchu. One of the ladies in the group fell sick in the morning of the Machu Picchu visit and the couple had to stay back. Rayza followed up with them to see if they needed help. When the lady recovered a couple of hours later, Rayza went all out to ensure that this couple did not miss the Machu Picchu trip. She arranged a later trip and ensured that this couple also got to experience Machu Picchu. Words cannot express our gratitude for this act of hers beyond the call of duty. A special mention must be made of the staff at Inti Punku Hotel, especially, the Front Desk Associate, Flor Condori. She went out of the way to ensure that the sick lady was made comfortable and accommodated a delayed check out to ensure the couple had minimum discomfort while recovering from the upset tummy. This was one of our best experiences in Peru. Our first day’s tour guide, Efrain was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. Visiting Chinchero, Moray, Maras salt mines and Ollantaytambo was amazing. The buffet lunch on the first day was also very delicious. We travelled with two kids and the time spent at each spot was just perfect for us to learn things and for the kids to stay engaged. Our hotel at Aguas Calientes was very decent and clean with good breakfast. Staff were also very nice. Our second day’s tour guide, Jordi was also great. She made sure we get a really good tour of the MachuPicchu and gave us great insights about the city and the Inka history. Kids enjoyed the train rides back and forth . Seats were comfortable and as a family we were able to play cards and board games. The views were amazing and the entertainment in the train was also great. If you are travelling with kids and want to get a good tour of amazing things to see in Peru I strongly recommend this one. Everything was very well organized and you get the best for your time and money.

My wife, my son and I took this 2-day tour on July 9 and July 10. It was a great experience. The trip was well organized and seamlessly done by Fly Cusco. We went to all the promised sites. We had Efrain and Edwin as our guides. They are wonderful people, knowledgeable and easygoing. Very patient with our excessive photographing... 5 stars to both and Fly Cusco!
