Great Experience
Sep. 2021
We had a really great experience making chocolate. Our hosts were informative and funny, and we left with some great chocolate that we made with our own hands, and transported home, and are still enjoying!

A Must Do!
Sep. 2021
We had such a great time doing this workshop, from "Bean-to-Bar", at the Choco Museo in Cusco. We learned so much about chocolate and Yilmar made it so much fun from learning about chocolate to making chocolate. We would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Cusco. The location was also great right near the center historic area of town and our hotel which was right around the corner. Loved every minute and would definitely do again!

This class is SOO MUCH FUN! Yilmar was our instructor and did such a great job; he loves to joke, loves people, and loves his craft! This was some of the most fun we had during our two week stay in Peru. Fun atmosphere, easy to get to located right off the main square, and just plain fun! You learn the history of chocolate then dive into making it yourself to take some home to your friends and fam!

Delicious!!!
Apr. 2021
We had an awesome experience. The chocolate was delicious, and the chef was quite funny. Great location as well. Learned a lot about the harvesting the cocoa fruit to the roasting, fermenting and tempering processes. We would highly recommend visiting the Choco Museo if you love chocolate!

Educational and Fun
First off, the people who work here are wonderful!

I did two classes back to back: Bean to Bar and Truffles. Yilmar was the instructor for the Bean to Bar class and the Truffle class was with someone else (I unfortunately didn’t get his name). Both instructors were enjoyable to talk to, fun, and filled with information.

I would definitely recommend these classes.

A trip highlight!
Jul. 2019
My teen daughter and I booked this class while in Cusco while the guys went fishing at 5 a.m. The instructor was highly organized and the information provided was both thorough and entertaining. We were able to make a variety of chocolate products that we picked up later in the afternoon following a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant. There were plenty of opportunities to take pictures of the process. Highly recommended!
