About
Our workshop is taught by a Belgian chocolate master, who has studied several years in his country and already has 6 years of experience in Peru. The particularity is that we combine the Belgian savoir-faire with local inputs. In addition we can also adapt our workshop for people with a special diet.

What to expect
  • We will start the workshop tasting an infusion of cocoa. Then we will move on to the workshop area where Mark, our Belgian chocolate chef, will explain the entire chocolate manufacturing process. At this time we will offer you a tasting of different types of chocolate. Then they will have the opportunity to learn the process of tempering chocolate and each one will mold their own chocolate tablet and then customize it with different local ingredients. Also during the workshop, Mark will teach them how to prepare chocolate fusion truffles by mixing the Belgian savoir-faire with Peruvian inputs. Once the class is finished, they can take their preparations.
