Cooking Session with Renga
Oct. 2019 • Friends
It was excellent cooking session.Chef Renga once again showed her expertise on how to prepare delicious chicken dum briyani and of course with her sugar coated pineapples. It was an enriching experience for me as I got to know the spices. Looking forward for another of her cooking session.

Awesome experience, learnt so much!
Nov. 2019 • Friends
I had so much fun at this class! Chef Renga is a thoughtful, funny and really experienced instructor. The tips she gave made these recipes so easy - especially ondeh ondeh which I thought would have been difficult to make, but wasn’t at all, thanks to really good instruction! A great ambience to learn these recipes, and we went home with full tummies and lots of newfound knowledge. If you want to really get to know the Singapore culture and food from a local perspective, go here!!

Cooking Chicken Dum Biryani and many other delicious dishes with Chef Renga
Oct. 2019
My name is Colette. I love to cook and I am a avid baker, too!
I got to know Chef Renga in the year 2017 with sheer goodness and luck through the Sunday Straits Times.
It has been so amazingly wonderful in geting to know this marvellous Chef, Cook & Baker!!
In this 2 years which I've got to know her,Chef Renga has never failed or waived her skills, expertise, explanation, preparation techniques, her great love and passion which she shares with all her participants in her classes which I have attended.

Always bringing humour, Love and providing tea and her homemade snacks to all during her class. An individual who encourages all to learn, to ask, to try and attempt new recipes with no fear or anxiety. A unselfish teacher who has become my friend and confidante.
I am truly blessed to be Chef Renga student and I'll continue to attend more of her brilliant classes to come.
I encouraged more budding students to come forward and join Chef Renga classes.
There will be no regrets but an amazing learning new experience awaits you.

Cheers,

Colette xx

Thank You Colette for attending my Briyani class. It was a pleasure having you in my classes. Thank you for the pictures of your cooking briyani for your family. This is what learning to cook is about. Having the confidence to cook your own food. I feel humbled by your comments. Thank you so much
