Was told they need to wait for tour operator (elife) to confirm where we were going and then they would give final price. Got the email back that price now confirmed and the ride was confirmed. Paid the bill in advance and got my ride tickets. Then a couple weeks before we are to go Elife emails me and says where you are going is out of our range and I would have to pay another $260.00 US to go where I wanted. Every time I emailed asking questions I would get an answer back about the meet and greet. Do not use Viator or Elife. Terrible companies. No help from either .Written 1 August 2024
- MARIO O0 contributionsTerrible frightening experience!! Please do not use ELIFE/HoppaWe were picked up from Singapore airport in a very old not roadworthy car. The driver was driving at speeds of up to 150km/h and very erratic scarey driving. When we tried to complain there is no local number and Elife are uncontactable. Please do not use. We booked this through HOPPA who are just as bad!!!!Written 18 March 2023

I paid 78USD for a roundtrip from the Singapore Airport to a hotel. The only info I got was from Elife Limo about what time to pick me up at the hotel for the return trip. There was no mention on the website as to where I could get info or any emails about where to meet the driver at the airport upon arrival. I waited inside for over a half hour and asked a vendor where to get a taxi. He got me a private driver for 28 Singapore dollars who came right away. I emailed for a refund of $34USD, but was told the driver who was supposed to pick me up did go to pick me up. More specific info needs to be on the ticket and where to meet the driver. If it's on the website, there was no info as to where to find it. Also, since ( got an email asking what time to pick me up for the return trip, I expected an email from the drive or Elife Limo as to where to meet the driver at the airport.

Booked through Viator in October got a message directing from Elife in December stating price increase need to pay $50 USD extra. This was unprofessional as booking was already made and paid for as return booking. Viator agreed they should not be asking for more money. Day before flight to Singapore I get another message saying we have too many bags need $35 USD each way to upgrade vehicle. I refused upgrade and said we would be fine with luggage and any issues I would get a cab if necessary in addition to vehicle booked. They cancelled my booking. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of travel around the world. They then asked me to rebook the transport with a higher rate than my original booking. Absolutely disgusted at the company. All about extorting more money from travellers. Be very wary of using the Singapore branch. Totally unprofessional and a huge scam!
