It was a very last minute booking for a 1 night business trip and I was so lucky to find Prime Aces Limousine to confirm pickup and drop off from the airport. The van was very nice and very clean, the driver was professional and helpful. Very easy to contact via their website and email communication was easy. Overall, an excellent service, highly recommended !

Together with my wife and my Son's family, we were a team of 6 from Perth, Australia. My 2 grandsons aged 4 and 1 were delighted with the spaciousness of the van. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how safe the driving was. Will certainly use PAL again in future visits to Singapore once COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted.

I booked a limo to pick my wife and I up from Changi Airport on our arrival during our Honeymoon. The car was not there when we arrived so I contacted them via WhatsApp. It turned out that there was a mix up with the booking and it had not been confirmed. the person on the phone was very apologetic and assured me he would try to make other arrangements. We ordered a coffee and by the time we sat down to drink it I had a call from a driver who was two minutes away. He arrived in a very nice car and took us to our Hotel. The company did not charge us for the service as the mix up was their fault. This was a pleasant surprise and very good of them, we thought. We will use them again.

It was a pleasure once again utilising PAL with Lawrence assisting with our requests in a professional and friendly manner. Our drivers, James and Edwin, were punctual and informative with immaculate Mercedes . The in-car WI-FI was of great assistance when we first arrived in Singapore. As we entered the airport arrival hall Daniel the driver was waiting for us with a name board (ipad) and a ready smile. The Toyota Vellfire MPV was perfect size for 3 passengers and a lot of baggage, although could have carried more. The interior was spotless leather and very comfortable. Daniel gave us a great insight into Singapore as a tourist, Invaluable information. We drove from the airport to the Intercontinental hotel on Middle rd. I highly recommend this company for all your transport needs.

We prebooked, online via Hoppa, a private transfer from Changi Airport to our hotel in downtown Singapore. The Service was provided PAL (Prime Aces Limousine) Saturday 19th October and we arrived at the Airport at 08.45, an hour later than scheduled. Our driver was patiently waiting for us at arrivals and he warmly welcomed us to Singapore. We were soon on our way to our hotel. Our driver, sorry dont remember his name, was so happy to share his knowledge of places to visit, sights to see and places to eat. He chatted and chatted, he kept making sure we were taking notes. The time flew past and we were soon at our hotel. Excellent transfer, comfortable modern and spotlessly clean vehicle with a delightful driver. Saturday 26th October and it was time to make our way back to the Airport for our onward flight. Our return private transfer was also provided by PAL. Our driver, Lawrence Lim, arrived promptly at our hotel. He was most interested in what we saw and did during our stay Yet again, another excellent transfer in an immaculately clean modern vehicle. Lawrence was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely use this service again, when visiting Singapore again.

This was a great service. Straight from pick up at the airport very late at night, was just amazing. Cars were fantastic and very clean and we a pleasure to be a passenger in. I would recommend this service to anyone for a bit of luxury on your holiday

My guest was slightly delayed by immigration when arriving into Singapore. I understand that I have to pay extra for this but there were no clear indication of late charges and it was not right to ask my guest for these charges in cash instead of coming back to me.

From my very first contact everything ran very smoothly and professionally. I booked a car and driver for 4 hrs as well as a transfer to the airport and had the same driver both times called James. His car was immaculate and he was very friendly and chatty. Unfortunately I was ill during my 4hr booking and had to go back to my hotel. James was very kind and offered me water and to take me to a Dr if I wanted medical attention. I can highly recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again on my return to Singapore.

Our driver was polite and pleasant meeting us at the exit to customs with a sign. The car was clean and had wifi. Everything was as advertised and I would gladly use this company again when we visit Singapore again.
