Before long, you are back onto the bus where your dessert awaits. End the tour with a half loop around the Fountain of Wealth – world’s largest water fountain – for good luck and bid your host goodbye.

Yang Chou Fried Rice – A beautiful combination of shrimp, succulent barbecued pork, and egg, stir-fried with rice into a smoky perfection.
After this sumptuous variety of dishes, end with a bowl of Cheng Tng, a sweet and refreshing cold local dessert made from the dried longan fruit that will provide a sweet ending to your meal.
