    What to Expect
Your tour starts in the DUCK & HiPPO Tourist Hub at Suntec City Mall, where you’ll be greeted by your friendly host. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while your host assigns you a dining table with a view.
Settle in to your seat and be treated to an innovative 3D projected animation show on your dining table amidst your plate and utensils.
Before long, the bus pulls away from the bay and you are on your way to a gastronomic experience. Feast on delicious fare from the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award 2017 list in the luxurious comfort of the GOURMETbus, away from the long queues and heat of a hawker centre. Add on an optional Drinks Package and choose from a wide array of beverages to accompany your meal.
Take your time to partake in the local cuisine while driving pass key landmarks and iconic sights that includes Singapore Flyer, Esplanade Theatre, Merlion Park, Fullerton Hotel, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands
As you finish your main course, the bus arrives at Gardens by the Bay for the Garden Rhapsody light and sound show. Follow your host as you stroll through the serene gardens and explore a little before the light and sound show starts at the Supertree Grove.
Before long, you are back onto the bus where your dessert awaits. End the tour with a half loop around the Fountain of Wealth – world’s largest water fountain – for good luck and bid your host goodbye.
    Menu:
Tze Char, literally translated as cook and fry, is usually a stall in a hawker centre or coffee shop that serves a modest selection of common Chinese dishes.
Kok Sen has been around since the 1980s, churning out irresistible dishes and old-school tze char dishes beloved by many. Being awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand Award should come as to no surprise for fans of the restaurant.
Your meal begins with a taste of some of Kok Sen’s signature dishes – Claypot Yong Fu, a trinity of minced squid, prawn and fish paste stuffed into assorted vegetables and braised in secret house sauce.
Sweet and Sour Pork – a Cantonese classic, crispy pork cubes tossed in a delectable sweet and sour gravy, with pineapple and onion.
Broccoli with Prawns – Stir-fried crunchy farm fresh broccoli with sweet sea prawns in minced garlic sauce.
Sliced Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion – Sliced fish stir-fried with ginger and onions, giving it a unique “wok-hei” kick.
Yang Chou Fried Rice – A beautiful combination of shrimp, succulent barbecued pork, and egg, stir-fried with rice into a smoky perfection.
After this sumptuous variety of dishes, end with a bowl of Cheng Tng, a sweet and refreshing cold local dessert made from the dried longan fruit that will provide a sweet ending to your meal.
