      Priority pass scam
I paid US$400 for the priority pass which said gave me 10 free visits for myself and guest. However after leaving the lounge I found a charge of $53.53 on my bank statement from priority pass…it’s a scam from my perspective…don’t buy the pass, you can pay per visit. Priority pass is a scam

Not a good tour of Sentosa
The Sentosa Island Bus Tour that is advertised here on Tripadvisor is different from the one that I did last week. The 2 hour tour starts from the Sentosa station, and stops at Fort Siloso skywalk (20 mins), Resorts World (where Universal is located - 20 mins) and then Beach Station (30 mins) plus a drive thru the residential area of Sentosa to view $$$ properties. We returned to the starting point less than 2 hours later. The tour guide is informative but doesn't go into great details of Sentosa during WWII, nor any other interesting topics about the island. The tour is priced at $25SG and is not worth the money.

      Get an ORDINARY TAXI
Upon recently arriving on a cruise ship at the Singapore Cruise Terminal. My wife and I ventured out to obtain a taxi to go into the city. I was flabbergasted to see a long row of Private vehicles (SUV'S) awaiting passengers. They were wanting to charge over $50 for a fare. The local taxis are available further along the walkway away from the terminal at the normal metered fare. They are not allowed in the area of the Private vehicles. This is an absolute rort as the Private vehicles pay $10 to the port authority for the exclusive privilege. We witnessed many elderly and first time arrivals having to take up this ridiculous service, not knowing otherwise. Do yourself a favour, walk a bit further and get a real taxi with a meter.

      Brilliant several tours
What a beautiful place Singapore is and we had a busy week doing as many places as we could fit it. All was made with the help of Mala Normals who not only did the bookings she did that extra effort on each day to ensure everything was perfect. Couldn't have done it without Mala. Thanks a million

      The Bat
Picked up promptly and taken to another hotel, we were two parties travelling as one. We waited around before being put on a bigger coach. Sadly the tour guide started on wrong foot when I tried to explain we were two booking but together, her reply was ‘don’t tell me how to do my job!’ Rather rude start. The stops were good, saw the marina bay hotel, the botanical garden, the temple at Chinatown and little India. However they were really short stops. Little Indian was just a rush through with no time to look around. The temple was great and the botanical gardens, with entry into the orchid garden, sadly not enough time to really enjoy it. I’d say you’d get more from the hop on/hop off bus. Ours was included in the package, so that’s why we tried it. The other tour we opted not to do.

      Poor animals, scammed humans
Not only is this horrible for-profit zoo suck for animals, but the priority thing is also a total scam. Buy your priority online services, not directly. It's cheaper and they have to honor the actual priority which isn't the case with their OWN tickets!!!

A must to do when visiting Singapore. Such a unique place to but it. Can only compare to the Eden project in the uk. Hotel pick up was very prompt with tickets on arrival at the venue.

Poor service, rude organisers, no tickets.
Hotel pick up did not occur until we called and the operator claimed they did not have our hotel. Coach managed to then pick us up as last people getting on board. Arrived at park and driver informed us all to alight here. Followed the people in front over to ticket office and told paperwork supplied no good. Called operator. They claimed tickets were available as we got off coach and we "stupidly" went off on our own! No one informed us to collect tickets in coach park.. Paperwork says go to redemption point.no mention anywhere of operators handing out tickets and driver certainly did not tell us about this. People in front of us getting off coach already had tickets in hand. Representative with our tickets had already left the coach area and our tickets had gone back downtown so we had to pay again to get into attractions. Refused a refund. Very rude customer service who could not have cared less. Recommend you use a different operator. Staff at info centre very helpful and both they and staff at ticket redemption point says this happens frequently with this operator. Trip advisor has not responded to our immediate email.

A central food center ensures that you can quench your thirst and hunger. There is a varied selection.
The "Super Trees" were something special. Being able to walk among them via walkways was simply unmatched. It gave the opportunity to see the view from the top of the artificial trees.
The evening light show was absolutely fantastic.
The light in the artificial trees was accompanied by music, and the light changed in the different trees according to the music.
There is a daily light show at 07.45 and 08.45 PM and free entry. It is recommended to arrive well in advance of each show, as many people arrive. Something to sit on is a good idea.
There are so many attractions around Marina Bay that you can easily spend many hours in the area without experiencing the same thing.
Then there is the MTR direct to Marina Bay.

We have a great time , Stephen was our guide and he spoke very good English. He is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight about the history of Singapore. We’re a small group so we’re cozy and comfortable and each of us got personal attention from Stephen. The super tree music show was fantastic, the boat ride was romantic. The skypark was amazing.
This activity is highly recommended to anyone visiting Singapore.

This was a nice walking tour to see some highlights such as the Garden by the Bay and evening light show, Marina Sands Hotel and observation deck on top (56th floor). The tour guide did a good job considering the crowds she had to navigate our group of 15 around. Overall a nice tour.

We couldn’t find the meeting point and therefore missed the trip. We google mapped 18 Marina Gardens Drive which were the departure point instructions. It most definitely wasn’t the departure point. It was our first night in Singapore. Very disappointing. They offered us another evening but we have moved hotels and are now staying at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel at the Skypark so there is no point in going. A refund would have been preferred.

Booked this tour whilst in Singapore and was very disappointed with the company/ tour guide organisation.
Light and Sound Show at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular and a must do activity. It is a free show at 7:45pm and 8:45pm nightly.
Next stop,Marina Bay Sand's Skypark, which was the worst organised enthusiasm zapping place I have ever experienced. Cue up to get in lift to see stunning skyline of majestic Singapore, rush around to get in cue to come down so we won't be late for river cruise. Farcical is being too nice. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They all should be sent on a learning conference to Petronius Towers in Kuala Lumpur where tourists were treated with respect and guide procedures timely and efficient.
Next was the hurried walk to the river cruise as we were 'late' but still time to stop and promote certain shops.
Actual river cruise was amazing apart from loud Muzak taped commentary. Singapore at night is absolutely stunning but this tour does everything to spoil it.
Find another company ? Or self guide?

I went on this tour in February 2018, the tour was dreadful, it was poorly planned, the group spent most of our time waiting. The guide was at best disinterested , she did not engage with the group. No arrangements had been made for the group for access and seating , we just had to wait and wait.
All the sights can be accessed by the public and this is what I would suggest people do. The tour was not value for money, we ended up as an angry group.
The return driver did not even bother taking us to the guest entrance of the hotel, he just dropped us on the street,
Save your money and go to these sights on your own. A terrible experience.

If you are confused about singapore tour, i would like to suggest , just wipe off everything in your mind and go to singapore. This is a tour for your family, specially for kids. Gardens by the bay is a mix of natural and aritificial beauty. Salute to the people of singapore for this marvellous creation. There are three attractions in gardens by the bay.11 SGD approximately for adult for each attraction
    1) FLOWER DOME : collection of flowers
    2). CLOUD FOREST: waterfalls
    3) OCBC : its like a skywalk from one man made tree to other, if u do not fear height

    All these are excellent.

MARINA BAY SANDS SKYPARK ( cost per adult 23 sgd , 17 sgd for child below 10 )
Three 56 storey hotels , topped with a bot shaped construction covering all three hotels.
You are taken at the top, you can have a spectacular view of the city and have some photographs

RIVER CRUISE : 25 sgd for adult , 15 sgd for child below 10
If u have some leisure time in the evening, you can take this ride. Dont miss to have some photographs.

just did this tour with 3 other adults.
The sights were nice but the organization by the tour company was terrible.
first off booking says pick up available from select hotels.
Ours wasnt one listed and our tickets stated to meet at the departure points at garden on the bays at the time of 6:15pm.
well at 6:10 no one from the tour was there. at 6:15 someone turned up. at 7:00 people were still arriving for tours.
at 7:20 we were split into 2 groups of over 30 people per single tour guide told emphatically not to be late or we would miss our buses.
at the conclusion of the light show we returned to our meeting point by the 8:05 time stressed by our tour guide only to find our tour guide wasnt there till almost 8:20.
the tour guide was just as tardy at our next stop the sky park. after the Lines to get off the bus, get our ticket (including the tour guide insisting that only 2 not 4 adults were booked) and get up to the deck ~ we enjoyed 10 minutes of views before the time stressed to queue to come back downstairs to ensure everyone was there by the departure time. again we were there early
again the stressed time we must be there to do the next part came and went without our tour guide in sight.
this time for 15 minutes past the departure time ephasized.
    Next was the river cruise
    followed by return to hotels.

all the sights were lovely but for the price paid we would have been better off grabbing taxis between them our selves.
Tour guide had very little commentary and was quite rude and late at every opportunity.
Organisation especially pick up and start time was an absolute mess and no one seemed to have any idea what was happening or when things would happen.
Overall too much waiting around, everything consistantly running late, lacklustre tour guide and groups far too large.

Interesting activity combining Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sand SkyPark & evening cruise (the part I prefered).
Gardens by the Bay was very limited with mainly the light show. The view from the Marina Bay Sand SkyPark was interesting but we had the opportunity to take a glass the day before at the roof top and so, it was just a nice add-on.
The evening cruise on the River was very nice. Explanations given were interesting and it gave us the opportunity to discover Singapore from another angle.
