We spent 3 hours at trans studio half the rides weren't operating, we wasted 3 hours to go on one ride because they weren't checking the VIP wristbands they were just letting everyone go through even though some people payed more money just to have a faster experience which didn't happen and occur, management were acting like it is just a joke and weren't trying to fix the problem

The Trans studio was average. Don't buy tickets through trip advisor. It was cheaper at the door. I didn't notice that the price was in USD. The door price was cheaper without the hassle. Won't be using Tripadvisor for tickets again.

One of the most lamest things to do in bali. Don't waste your money the good things aren't working and most of the stuff dosnt open until later on in day

The staff were so slow and unorganised. Most people pre purchase tickets and had terrible time getting through. Huge waiting lines on rides and food was very average

Bought tickets through Klook, still had to line up for 20 minutes - and was only third in the queue. Then 10 minutes back and forth as they were trying to tell me I hadn’t paid entry. 30 minutes in total Just to get in the door. Couldn’t bring in a small water bottle for child. Some rides not open until “1pm” go at 1 then told 15 minutes. Go back in 30 minutes and told closer again for another 2 minutes.

I liked the picturesque sunset picture I was able to take on the boat. I also liked that this tour offers transportation. The food is average and the entertainment is decent. The staff was nice and helped make the boat cruise enjoyable.If you have some free days in Bali, take this boat cruise.

Simon, the guide, was fabulous. Made the trip fun and memorable. The organizer hadsa great office where we were briefed about the activity and had clean changing rooms and toilets for participants. The trip is serene and very fulfilling. Simon educated us of the lay of the land and the various kinds of mangroves. It felt meaningful to learn about them and to help clean and preserve them.

This place introduces the culture and dances that exist in Indonesia. Was awesome, you all have to come to this place😍✨

Amazing experience. Lots of options for all ages. Food is good price and appropriate portions so don't get too full for more action. P.S give yourself a rest day before and after for your poor legs 😆

The boat is fine, was not badly late and was able to get us safely from Bali to Lombok and back to Bali. If you will be sitting outside it is good to take into consideration that they play music VERY loud during the voyage. We, and also other customers tried to ask the staff to decrease the volume, but they said that it is not possible... So I recommend wearing ear plugs or blocking headphones.

They don't respond to communications or abide by their stated policies so best to choose a different mode of transportation. There's lots of options out there to get between the islands.

I did this trip from Serangan harbour to Gili T and then Gili Air>Lombock>Serangan return. To be fair the way to Gili T was really good and I was happy. The ride was smooth and on time. The return was a different story. On return the boat had an initial filter clogging that was ok and fixed pretty quickly but then had an electrical malfunction. We were left floating in the choppy Lombock sea for 45 mins while the crew fixed the fault. Thankfully the weather was ok (if it wasn’t that would have been horrific) and we got there in the end but it really was not a good experience. Better communication was needed from the staff as to what was going on. Please also note that at Serangan harbour there is a local taxi mafia that will not allow you to take a grab taxi. Its ridiculous. I had to walk about 30 mins of the island to get one in the end. They wanted 150000 to get to the airport from Serangan. Maybe it’s reasonable I don’t know, was just the principle of it that annoyed me. You can get a flight from Bali Airport to Lombock. I think I will do this next time.

We chose this company for our trip to Gili T and this company made our trip worthwhile. From online booking to beforehand communication, to hotel pickup, check-in at counter, luggage handling, boat boarding, boat seating, boat journey, and disembarkation was all top notch. This is a detailed review covering all aspects of the journey for those who want a detailed and authentic experience review: Online Booking: The best way is to book from their website directly. It has discounted rates and accurate timing. We booked from the website and added all the information including passport numbers, the WhatsApp contact number, and the Hotel in Gili T. By doing this our check in took less than a minute. Hotel Pick Up: to avoid any early morning hassle, we booked the travel directly with Blue water. This came in very handy. One day before our travel the company reached out and shared the drive name and phone number. The driver reached exactly at the pick up time of 6 AM and was a wonderful person and a very safe driver, while the vehicle was a mini van for 2 people. They only provide private pickups through the website. Communication: The Bluewater Express directly contacted me on my website one day before our trip. They answered all my queries and provided all the necessary information. Right after booking only I also received the ticket and payment receipt. Check In at Pier: The driver brought us to the pier and handled all the luggage himself. As soon as we got off the car a staff member took our luggage and placed it at a central place. Then we proceeded to the check in counter, where we were immediately handed out boarding pass and our tickets with the port fees for both Padang Bay and Gili T along with our luggage tag for our checked baggage. Luggage Handling: The luggage was handled properly. Once luggage tags were added, they loaded the luggage on a small loading vehicle and carried it to the boat. The luggage was stored in a covered compartment on the front of the board. Once we disembarked at Gili the luggage was handed directly to us. It only had small traces of moisture on it. Boarding and Disembarkation: They walked us to the boat from the check in counter. A queue was made, while priority boarding was provided to elderly and families with young children. Once we entered the boat we were handed over a small bottle of water and ushered to our seat. Similarly no chaos at disembarkation and the entire process was very smooth. Boat Seating: The seats were very comfortable and had enough leg space. The seats seemed very new as they were super clean, while the padding was firm also indicating they were new. The AC was very chilly and everyone closed their overhead vents to avoid getting cold. It was a sunny day and with closed windows the overall AC had made the cabin very comfortable. The Journey: Upon boarding the boat, a full tutorial in English was provided regarding the safety features of the boat and how to use them, along with instructions on what to do and what not to do during the journey. No matter how much of it was true, but the information was definitely assuring. The sea was calm for most parts but there were some huge jumps here and there during the 90 minute journey from Pedang Bay to Gili T. The boat left 10 minutes before scheduled time and arrived at the scheduled time. What’s best is that they provide information and guidance in clear English through pre-recorded messages at each step of the journey.

Super easy to travel with this company. The staff picked us up from our hotel at 6:00 in the morning, dropped us off at the private boat terminal which was fairly clean and well organized by Indonesian standards. Seems it was mostly Europeans using this service. Staff was super nice and the boat crossing was quick and pleasant. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by a representative from the company who drove us to our hotel. Would definitely use them again.

Very smooth trip with blue water express from Bali to Lombok. I took the seasick pills and they worked! We would recommend!
