Perfect crossing to Gili M, on time and straight forward. Air conditioned and comfortable. My pick up went perfectly, with Aristana being on time, polite, professionally dressed and safe driving. Highly recommend

Denied refund by East Indonesia Tours. I cancelled these tickets with 3 weeks notice and was still denied a refund. Tripadvisor have also not allowed me to get a refund. Do not buy these - you can get them cheaper at the park anyway.

Highlights were food, kind staff, the amazing bats flying over the boat, and of course, the Komodo Dragons. Downside was poor scheduling info (we were told we would be done in time to get a certain flight, but in truth, there was no way it could be done and it cost us a ton to get a private taxi boat back to the airport. We tried for hours to change our flight (had paid extra for flexible option) but did not hear back from Booking.com nor were we given any option to reschedule by Batik Air. Bad karma!

The dance was very entertaining and unique. I was with my friend and his wife. The show was very beautiful and my guide was able to teach me many things about the Indonesian culture. Dance was like nothing I have ever seen before and I highly recommend this for people that want to learn about cultures around the world.

It was such a cultural rich experience. Me and my family went this summer and our driver was so informative about the dance and the culture around it. Highly recommended for people wanting to learn about the culture of Indonesia.

We really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and looking back at the photos was great fun. One of the team took our photos as they know exactly where you should stand to get the best results. We have had lots of friends comment at how great the photos are on Facebook.

Fantastic show ! Lovely theatre. So much talent packed into an hour. Costumes and story line amazing just loved it.

Went with our three 9, 11 and 13 yo. We had a great day. We really enjoyed the Go Carts, Zombie experience, and the Flight over Indonesia (which was awesome and we were god we did it). My eldest, wife and I did the Roller Coaster which was great.

Bali's natural beauty is renowned, and this tour showcases it in all its glory. From lush rice terraces to serene villages, every moment was like stepping into a postcard. The landscapes were simply breathtaking, and the tour guides ensured we didn't miss a single picturesque view.

We originally had tickets with Semaya One to go from Gili Air to Bali, but after reading all the bad reviews and horror stories we decided to go for a bigger boat. The staff at the office was not the nicest but I am happy that everything went well at the end. They picked us up with a smaller boat to then make us board the Eka Jaya fast boat. Although the staff said we would arrive in Padangbai at 2pm with only one stop in Lombok, we actually had two stops and arrived with one hour delay. Not too bad considering other people’s experiences. The ride was smooth, the lower deck was cooler in terms of temperature.

Very impressive show - way beyond expectations. Very engaging for solo travelers like myself, as well as for kids & families. Great value for money. Something for everyone.
