We did the tour on 14/4 with Amy. She gave an interesting and fun introduction to Hong Kong. We covered a lot in four hours and the time flew. I would definitely recommend this tour. Fiona W
Your tour begins at 4pm, when you’ll greet your guide at Exit A of Lok Fu MTR station. As you stroll towards Kowloon Park, listen to the story of the former walled city slum now replaced with a peaceful park.
Then, head into the district’s spiritual center to an enclave known as Little Thailand. Here, you’ll sample Thai street food and a Cantonese delicacy before continuing to Mong Kok, famed for its neon-lit nightlife and shopping.
Following a cold beer, you’ll explore Goldfish Market and Yau Ma Tei, where organized crime and prostitution used to be prominent activities, and admire the facade of a recently restored art deco theater.
Your tour culminates at Temple Street night market, a labyrinth of streets selling street food and beverages. Opt to head home from here or ask your guide for nearby restaurant recommendations.
