She arranged our personalised itinerary very comprehensive and details. She always follow up to make sure everything ok during our stay in China. All our 4 personal guides and drivers are very professional, knowledgeable, humble and helpful. The cars we requested are very clean and luxury, with classic hotel we staying and authentic Muslim’s Chinese foods. Last but not least, TCT. Very professional travel agent company, with competent and skilful staff. Recommended without second thought.

My wife and I had a 4 week Top China Travel tour of China in November of 2024. While not the ideal tourist season, the guides/drivers, lodgings, weather and locations were all we could have asked for and we basically had the entire country to ourselves!! We initially contacted a lady named Tracy from TCT Guilin, China, to begin our tour organization. She was friendly, professional, very involved and provided a basic 11 day tour itinerary to consider and then helped us sort out where we wished to go, places see and things to do during our China Holiday. She was fully able to arrange everything we needed for our 28 day tour and was always available during the tour for questions and suggestions! We visited 10 different cities, along with Hong Kong, Macau and Tibet. We saw Tienanmen Square, The Forbidden City, palaces and gardens, The Great Wall, Terra Cotta Warriors, Potala Palace (at about 12,500 feet ASL) in Lhasa Tibet, the Panda Research Center, Chongqing and a 3 day cruise on The Yangtze River and visited the 3 Gorges Dam and Yichang. We saw Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and lots of country. Bullet Train rides at 300 KPH, flights to Tibet, buses, private cars, great hotels, excellent food suggestions (Yak in Tibet), walking tours, many Monasteries, Temples and Palaces and local street visits made the experience unforgettable! We were taken to train stations or airports, put on the correct transport and then met by new guides and drivers at the next tour stop. It all went off without a hitch or problem! Our city guides and drivers could not have been any better! They were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely patent with us 'Old People' and were always open to slight modifications along the way...... We CANNOT recommend TCT any higher and plan to look into future tours with them as they do tours to most Asian countries! We just returned from an absolutely fantastic trip of China. It was a Small Group 14 day Tour visiting Beijing. Xian, Guilin, Chongqing, 3 night Yangtze River Cruise and Shanghai. A huge and special thank you to Joyce Tang, of Top China Travel, who organised everything for us. She was extremely patient and super efficient and fulfilled all our requests. One member of our party of 3 is a cancer patient and Joyce took care of her special needs, making a dream come true. Hotels and sight seeing choices were very good. Our guides were English speaking and were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. The wide variety of food ordered by the guides for lunch each day was superb, giving the opportunity to taste many local Chinese dishes. This tour was a shopping free tour and this suited us perfectly, giving us the opportunity to see and learn more of the country. What impressed us most was that Joyce was contactable at anytime during the trip when we needed anything and Rainy from TCT service department checked all along the way that we were fine with everything. We would highly recommend Top China Travel anytime as the service they provided was fantastic, proving them to be a reliable, competent and very organised tour company with highly competent staff.

We had a good time, the guide is so kind and accommodating. When they know that we do not like the spicy food, they are so nice is helping us to find Cantonese style lunches which are tasty and not spicy. Our guide Paul is also very knowledgeable and patiently explain the history of pieces when we tour the Museums. That totally make the museum tour especially interesting and fun. Overall, very happy with the arrangement and once again, many thanks to the guides and drivers that took good care of us.

Joyce was my contact at TCT. My brother and I had a fabulous time in Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai. The hotels are in a good location, very clean and offer a buffet breakfast with a good variety of foods. The guides were very knowledgeable, spoke good english and took us to chinese restaurants for lunch. The evenings were for us to explore at our leisure. I would highly recommend TCT for your China holiday.

It was my first trip to china .s I was apprehensive of the language and food(iam a vegetarian) I chose a small group tour from top china tours. The prompt reply to mail from Kelly impressed me . That was continued till I got my visa. Kelly sent all the necessary documents my travel agent wanted directly to him without my involvement. The tour itself was amazing iam already thinking of my next trip with TCT. Kunming stone forest Dali Shangrila and liziang were so scenic and the old towns were well worth the visit .we were 5 of us for the most part and hopefully we will keep in touch.And to top we had such great vegetarian Chinese food .we could select the vegetables and it was cooked to perfection. Absolutely loved my tour and thanks to Kelly and the guides grace and Eileen and other guides and lastly Mr you our driver who was always smiling drove so well and we got on well without him knowing English and we not knowing Chinese

We just arrived back home from our trip to China and wanted to leave a review for those wanting to visit the country. We had booked an 18-day private tour with Top China Travel. Joyce, who was our contact person, was very quick to help us with any questions we had and was very flexible with the changes we wanted to make. All the hotels booked for us were fabulous and in good locations. Accommodations, domestic flights and high-speed trains were all prearranged. The pick-ups and drop offs at the various locations were very well orchestrated. The drivers were courteous and the guides spoke good English. The daily tours were flexible allowing us to stay a little longer in one spot or another. We found the food to be a bit different than what we’re used to at home, however, the guides always found great places to eat. Breakfast and lunch were always included in the tour. Dinner time and evenings were always on our own allowing us to explore as we wanted. We found China to be very clean and safe, and the people were friendly trying to help out whenever we had questions. Internet communications were a little more challenging as China blocks access to many sites, including Google, Facebook and WhatsApp. An e-Sim and VPN allowed us to get around these restrictions so that we could communicate with people back home. These services should be set up before getting to China to avoid challenges downloading the necessary software once in the country. We very much enjoyed our trip to China and would definitely recommend Top China Travel for someone that wants to experience a great, hassle-free holiday. Margit

We just returned from an incredible visit to China. Top China Travel, and Yocky Yang, in particular, did an awesome job putting this trip together for us. We visited Beijing, Datong, Pingyao, Henan Province, and Xi'an, China. Yocky created an itinerary for us that combined touring with both tour guides and on our own so we could explore places at our own pace. She did a fantastic job coordinating all the logistics for us, to include hotel bookings and train travel. All of the tour guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. Their English was exceptional. They ensured that we were picked up from the airport or train station and checked into to the hotel. When we departed, they ensured that we were checked out and taken to the train station or airport on time. They look us to some incredible restaurants for the meals included with the tour. And of course, they showed us all the sites on our itinerary. I want to give a shout out to the staff at the Yide Hotel in Pingyao. My wife was feeling under the weather. I asked them for directions to the nearest pharmacy. One of the staff took me the the pharmacy and acted as an interpreter to make sure I got what I needed. They also came to room to check on my wife to make sure she was feeling better. They went above and beyond. I'd been working with Yocky for the past few months putting this trip together. I actually started working with her in January 2020 planning this trip. I paid a deposit on the trip scheduled for November 2020. Of course, it was cancelled because of COVID. What impressed me about Top China Travel is that they returned my deposit immediately when I asked for it because it looked like we were headed for lockdown. I make a point of this because I had also booked a trip with an American tour company during that same time period to Costa Rica. I asked them to return my deposit and it took me two years to get it back! The fact that Top China Travel treated me so well in 2020 is the reason I went back to them, and Yocky, when it was time plan for the trip in 2024. I highly recommend that you use Top China Travel if you are planning a trip to China. I've worked with many travel companies and they are the best. And if you do, call Yocky. She'll take care of you so you can have an enjoyable tour. She's the best! ❤️

We visited many beautiful cities in China with the very professional and careful guidance of the TCT team! We enjoyed the amazing nature, important historical places and very good chinese food! I'd definetely do it again with TCT!

We had booked our first holiday to China through the agency. Their staff member, Lillian tailored our trip exactly in the manner required with excellent suggestions and itinerary drawn up. She took full care of our needs especially as a pure Indian Vegetarian family by drawing the itinerary so that we can eat at an Indian restaurant in the afternoon. She gave useful suggestions to make our trip more eventful. She booked our tickets to the shows in the front rows for a better experience. The vehicles provided were best in the class with drivers, who were very cautious in driving. The English speaking tour guides especially Eliza and Angela were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and helpful in making our experience in China, world class. They were very friendly, cheerful and took special care to make all daily arrangements before hand. I would once again thank Lillian for our wonderful trip and highly recommend Top China Travel for any visitor to China

I checked many options before choosing TCT, and I am so glad I chose them. For the itinerary, I was supported by Yocky who was absolutely great. Yocky always responded quickly to all my questions and changes and made everything so easy to organise. Yocky also helped me to set up Wechat Pay. My wife and I went to Beijing, Xi’an, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Guilin. All the guides we had were incredible and spoke very good English. They were all there waiting for us when we arrived in the various cities, and took great care to ensure we were on time for the departures and explained everything so we did not have to worry about anything. All the guides were very knowledgable and made every city and the sites so interesting. They were also very friendly and looked after us so well. I would highly recommend TCT. If you are not sure, then do not hesitate, and go with them. I was very unsure at the beginning, but I definitely made the right decision. Before you go to China, my advice would be to get WeChat including WeChat Pay and Alipay for payments. With WeChat you can also communicate with all the guides.
