It was amazing. I really thanks Zazu safari ventures. They were so profesional and knwow perfect what they are doing. I recommend them. I saw elephants, hyena, guepards, jirafas, and so on.

A friend of mine highly recommended this tour with Zazu, which she had already done several years ago. And yesterday and the day before, I had the pleasure of discovering Hell's Gate, Naivasha Lake and Cresent Island, followed by the hike to the top of Mount Olongonote! The tour was magical, full of discoveries and beauties, including animals. The driver and guides were very professional and friendly. Any problems were solved very quickly with the manager, who made it a point of honour to ensure that my two-day tour went off without a hitch! My hotel room was also very good. I also recommend this tour with my eyes closed!

We had an amazing time on our day trip to Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. It was just unfortunate that the Flamingos migrate during this time and so we only saw a few. Lunch at the lodge inside the park I think was way overpriced but the views were great. But the highlight of the trip was at Lake Naivasha were you pay extra and they take you on a canoe ride to a walking safari. You can walk with Rothschild giraffes, and get close to other animals like Zebra, wildebeest, etc. No predators though. Our guide Chris was wonderful and will definitely recommend him. And thank you Damaris (from Zazu Safari Ventures) for booking this trip last minute. A wonderful prelude to our 8 day Kenya-Tanzania safari.

Our 8 day Safari from Kenya to Tanzania was a wonderful experience. Our guides Nathan (Kenya) and Moses (Tanzania) were wonderful people and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough. The lodges we stayed at were great and the folks working there were very nice people. I would not change anything. Working with Zazu on booking this tour was seamless and Damaris was very responsive all the way through. We booked this trip a year ago. I surely will recommend Zazu to our friends. This was our first trip to Africa and we will be back for sure.

I took an Amboseli day tour from Nairobi with my husband. Our driver, Paul, stopped the car wherever we wanted to give us plenty of time to see the animals. The numerous herds of elephants and zebras were fantastic. We also discovered eight lionesses trying to hunt. I wanted to see giraffes the most, so I was happy to spot several of them inside and outside the national park. The elephants and hippos resting in the water were also fantastic. In addition to the game drive, they explained how animals were able to live freely in Amboseli National Park, and at the end of the trip from Namanga to Tanzania, they helped us get there safely.

I took this Game Drive in April 2024, from Nairobi to Masai Mara park, with Nathan as the driver. Nathan, our guide and driver, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. He picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the airport. He was also very knowledgeable about the park's animals and always ready to answer our questions. Although the accommodations said "camping", we had the option to stay in cottages or tents, which included private bathrooms with hot water and a communal kitchen with meals. The stay was way above what I was expecting from a "camping". I learned that the Game Drive is a hit-and-miss experience. You could have an average day just seeing animals in their natural habitat (which is what we signed up for), or you could see something extraordinary from nature. Our case was the latter. During our drive, a pride of lions hunted buffalos, and we got to see them having a meal. It was quite a unique experience having a lion eating in the shadow of our SUV, at an arm's length distance. If you are considering a game drive, I suggest this one.

I have to say that it is an experience that must be lived and that will undoubtedly leave a beautiful memory in your mind. The 3 days of Safari were phenomenal, amazing, incredible and this would not have been possible without the help and tireless work of our driver and guide James Gichina, who I recommend 1000% for this type of adventure in Masaai lands. James Gichina is a helpful person, punctual, pleasant, fun and with a lot of experience within the Masaai reserve, he stays in constant contact with other drivers to take you to the best places where the vast majority of animals are found, he has an appetite for adrenaline and to satisfy its passengers. James Gichina moved to every possible corner to see the BIG FIVE with us, he was attentive to our requests and constantly motivated us not to lose faith. Undoubtedly, this experience without his abilities would not have been possible, and even more important, it would not have been so wonderful thanks to his talent when driving his 4x4. Thank you James Gichina, you made this, one of the best experiences of my life.

I need to tell you that everything was absolutely amazing the guide was the best I ever had in my life and I have travelled the whole world!! James Gichina the guide was astonishing he made the group see all the big five and maybe more that 50 different animals...so dedicated and so worried to make us see everything! I never had someone like him...the other guides around were not dedicated like him!! The best trip EVER! i will tell my parents to come as well but you have to make sure that James will be the guide!!! I really hope I will come back again I was totally satisfied with what I saw and thrilled to see all of this nature free to do whatever they want and so much respect for the animals. TOP QUALITY WORK! usually I'm very picky and never satisfied but this was just perfect! I'm thankfull to have written to you and even more thankfull to have had this experience with James because I don't think anybody else would have made it better! Thanks again safari and a BIG shout-out to JAMES GICHINA!! The safari has a treasure in its hands because of this guide, nothing would have been possible without him...if you are going absolutely ask for him!!!! INDRIE and MARCO

Joel was an excellent guide. Very punctual. Well prepared. Polite and very informative. We had a fantastic experience and would recommend this to anybody.

The safari was incredible, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the food is not gourmet but it was good for what you pay, the tent was super good and with hot water. Even my luggage did not arrive in Nairobi, they took me to buy some clothes and they were in charge of managing the rescue of my luggage at the airport and leaving it at my hotel. I had many doubts about going on a safari alone, but it's good that I dared. If you travel alone, make sure to coordinate your transportation to your hotel after the safari because if it is outside the downtown it is not included, but everything is negotiable.

The experience was excellent . The zazu team is well organized . Joseph was an amazing guy he gave us a great experience through out the safari.

It was beautiful! We had a great weekend and our tourguide Albert was amazing! We saw a lot of different animals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but it was still nice!

We had the trip of our lives. We discovered Zazu from their reviews on trip advisor and had a very prompt response from Damaris. We closed and agreed to travel with them. We were blessed to be going with Samy, our Guide and Driver who has 15+ years of experience. He was just amazing. We gained so much knowledge with him, had a fantastic game drive and he ensured that there was not a dull moment. His eye to catch animals and understanding of the game drive is so deep and amazing! He is also a great driver and navigated the tough terrains despite some rain so well. We loved every bit of our time here. In 2 days - Zebra, Giraffe, Antelope, Gazelle, Cheetah, Elephant and a herd of 15 elephants and 15 lions and the King Lion we spotted. What more can we ask for. Great conversation. Great drive. The trip was amazing and we enjoyed to our fullest.the view was superb with different wild animals.it was a great adventure.
