Countryside beautiful road trip Aswan - Luxor
Excellent arrangements and perfect pick up timing. We appreciate and we recommend. We had a friendly driver Mr Mina... We selected the countryside bumpy road to Luxor as we visited the temples of Kom and Edfu but he took us safe and comfortable. He reached everywhere well on time and safe drop to our hotel in Luxor Well handled👍👍

Cairo to Aswan - Ancient Egypt Tour 9 days
From start to finish, Khaled’s Nile Holiday tour was fantastic. Airport reception, tour guides and drivers were on time, professional, and always helpful. The hotel and boat accommodations were of the highest quality. Had plenty of time to see everything on the itinerary without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!!!!

        Worth the trip
Nile Holiday Tour Company was dependable; our tour guide Mary was on time (3:00AM) to pick us up in our hotel; she was super nice - sharing her knowledge about the temple and its history, what the writings on the walls were about...really good! She was also kind enough to take awesome pictures.

Disappointing visit to St Simeon Monastery
My friends and I had a free afternoon in Aswan during our Nile cruise so I booked the St. Simeon Monastery tour. Overall we were very disappointed. First, there was a problem with the boat to take us across the Nile. We had to wait a while and listen to much arguing. Before we even arrived to the Monastery the guide was trying to sell us add-on visits to the Nubian village and a Coptic Church in Aswan. When we arrived at the site there seemed to be an issue with the camels. Then at the Monastery the commentary from the guide was horrible. He provided little information about the history of the site and didn't seem to know much of anything about what he was showing us. Other than the alter and some bedrooms he didn't seem to know anything the rooms. Bottled water was supposed to be provided, but we didn't receive any. Very disappointing compared to other visits we made on our 2 week trip (most with Memphis Tours). I wouldn't recommend this tour with Nile Holiday.

        Day tours with Nile Holiday
We took a series of day tours with Nile Holiday around Luxor, and also added a 2 day and one night tour to Abu Simbel. Mohamed met us at the train station and was very helpful the entire trip. Very kind ans highly educated, definitely knew his history. He even helped me plan for my wedding in a few months. The booking process was easy, communication was great, and the price for private tour was very reasonable. Would highly reccomend.

        Nubian Village Tour
Our trip to one of the Nubian Villages was nice. The best part was the boat ride. Our guide and driver took us the long way round, and we got a lovely "drive-by" tour of Elephantine Island, Kitchener Island, the Tombs of the Nobles, and past the house and mausoleum of Aga Khan. During our tour of the village, we was the community center there and received a very short Arabic lesson. We didn't really take time for fun shopping or getting henna, like some of our friends did when they went previously. I would recommend this as an evening tour to enjoy the Nile after you've already done the other highlights of Aswan and Abu Simbel.

        Great Experience
We returned from 7 day in Egypt organized by Nile Holiday. We started our trip Cairo for 2 days and flew to Aswan and embark 3 night Nile cruise to Luxor. We have added Abu Simbel tour to our main itinerary. We were escorted by knowledgeable Egyptologist tour guides Mohamed in Cairo and Saeed on board the Cruise both speaks good English. Nile Holiday team was on time for every tour and transportations were perfect. Drivers are all well experienced and we always felt in good hands. We recommend Nile holiday for every one trip to Egypt

100% recommended to Travel with Nile Holiday
Me and my partner used Nile Holiday to book 8 day trip to Egypt. They are much more reasonably priced than other companies offering the same thing with 2 Egyptologists tour guide accompany us during our Cairo tours and Nile Cruise Initially, I made an enquiry online as I couldn't find all the information needed on the web. I received a quick reply from Khaled. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend this tour if you want the hassle free holiday to Egypt, Thanks for Nile Holiday Team

Nile River Boat Trip Or Camel Ride
Whilst we were in Aswan we decided to take an excursion to a typical local village on the west bank of the Nile. We were given a choice of transport; either a small 30 ft boat or a 30 minute camel ride. We opted for the small boat ride, which navigated between many small islands and inlets before arriving at the village the same time as those who had chosen the camel ride. The village was a typical Egyptian village, many school children for which we were invited into the school classrooms which was a fantastic experience to see how the other half live. After this we were taken on a detour to the massive Aswan Dam. If you ever have the chance to visit Aswan in Egypt, this is a great excursion to take and believe me, costs very little for a big experience.

        Perfect deal
We did a 4 days/3 nights cruise from Aswan to Luxor, in such a small time they managed to include Abu Simbel, Nubian village and half-day boat-stroll in the natural reserve, Philae, Aswan high dam, Kom Ombo, Edfou, Esna, Louxor east bank and west bank. Even through all of these, we never felt rushing, but always were carefully handled by our gentle guide. We definitely recommend, as the deal is also the cheapest we found, even though the quality of the cruise and the visits were far above the others.

Wonderful Aswan, Abu simple and St Simeon monastery
We did a 3 day tour of Aswan and Abu Simbel with Khaled Reyad. Highlight of the trip was the camel ride to the St Simeon monastery. While essential across the river from bustling Aswan the ruins felt 100 miles away from anywhere. Khaled arranged the Felucca ride across the river and camel ride out into the desert to visit the ruins of this 6th century site. It was in remarkable condition and my children enjoyed exploring the site, which we had all to ourselves. Khaled was a wonderful guide on all aspects of the trip. Very easy going and great sense of humor. He seemed to have a great rapport with all the locals, guards and attendants at the various site. I would not hesitate to recommend Khaled services!! Thanks for making our trip to Egypt memorable and stress free!

        Book it!
Let me start by saying I'm not a tour person. I never have been, but I wasn't comfortable trying to figure out Egypt on my own. I am so grateful that we used Nile Holiday to handle our trip. We arrived in Cairo, then headed to Luxor, Edfu, and Aswan. Our tour was private and completely handled by Nile Holiday. Before travel: Khaled was super responsive. I would send a message with questions and would have answers in less than 24 hours. Our itinerary was adjusted based upon some of the questions, and he was candid about whether he thought something would pose a safety concern. He handled all hotel and intracountry flight arrangements, so all we did was buy a ticket to Egypt and show up. It really was nice. One note, if you are picky about your accommodations, make that known so he can put you at a place you are comfortable. He has options, but you have to let him know what you need. We were cool with the standard places used, but if you are a US traveler that hasn't really ventured out too much beyond a good 4/5 star hotel, you should upgrade. You might also discuss your cruise options, but after talking to other tourists, it seems they are all about the same. There may be a few new ones though. Once you're there: It makes me sad that more people aren't traveling to Egypt right now. I never felt unsafe or that danger was looming. It's a western media perspective that is simply flawed. But, back to the logistics. Someone meets you at each airport and helps you navigate until you reach your hotel/cruise. They ensure that all is well with your check-in, etc. Each day you meet with the guide (we had Mostafa in Cairo and Khaled for the remainder of the trip) and you head off for your adventure. Both guides were super knowledgeable about the history of Egypt and all of the sites. During the tour you head to different vendors as well, if you're not interested in checking out these items for purchase, you can simply decline. We were interested in both the history of the country and shopping, so it worked out for us. We really liked the alabaster place because it was very laid back. Then there's what you came to see. The pyramids are mind blowing, but the Karnak Temple is awe inspiring. Do the Luxor Temple at night if you can. It's really, really beautiful under the moon. The Philae Temple is romantic. I enjoyed the bazaar in Cairo, but probably should have doled out more time to check it out. Definitely add the Nubian village. It's different than every place you will visit. We didn't add Abu Simbel, but mostly because we were tired and my husband was templed out. Ask Khaled for the opportunity to take a dip in the Nile, you won't regret that memory. The camel ride is hokey, but fun. We did ours at the pyramids, but you can also do it with the Nubian village option. I don't think you'll find a company and guides that will do more to make your trip to Egypt the most memorable experience ever. If we go back to Egypt, we will use Nile Holiday again. I've already recommended them to several of my close friends. Visit this beautiful country full of rich history, and definitely use Nile Holiday.

My wife and I were met & assist at Aswan airport for two nights stay at Pyramisa Isis Island Resort. Next day we journeyed by road to Abu Simbel temple and enjoyed the great Ramses II temple. Late afternoon we enjoyed felucca ride on the Nile. Next day we have enjoyed Aswan day tour to the High dam, Philae temple and seen the ancient Quarry where the unfinished obelisk still lies on the ground. After delicious lunch, we have enjoyed the Garb Sohel Nubian village before late flight back to Cairo, Thank you Nile Holidays team.

        Nile Holiday is the Best
We just finished a 9 day tour with Nile Holiday that included Aswan and Abu Simbel. Khaled took care of us from start to finish. When Egyptair changed the flight schedule - and i was sent an email that the flights had changed - I was worried we would miss Abu Simbel, but Khaled was already on top of the issue and took care of it. He made sure we didn't miss a step and our Aswan tour ( unfinished obelisk, high dam, nubian village, fellucia boat ride ) and Abu Simbel tour went without a hitch. We were a family of four and we were treated like royalty. Khaled made sure our schedule was right for us, and there was no pressure to do anything we didn't want - and he always offered us time to relax. We always felt safe and I have to say that I am so glad we went to Egypt now (Feb 2016) due to the lack of crowds and the good weather. I would recommend going now before everyone figures out Egypt is safe, especially when booking with Nile Holiday. Thank you Khaled for a trip of a lifetime. I have not been able to stop thinking about the amazing places we saw - since we left Egypt !!

This was a wonderful experience! It was organized and well thought out but also tailored the time line to our needs so that we could take time at the temple sights that we connected to the most. We added on Abu Simbel and it was fabulous. We were safe and extremely well taken care of by everyone. Some of my family members have lower mobility and they made sure to help and prepare golf carts or walk aids when available. Most outstanding was our tour guide Saleh. Just so warm, full of joy and energy, knowledgeable! He listened to our needs and was very respectful and went out of his way to treat us well!!!

We chose a private tour and were picked up at the hotel by our tour guide Sherif Afify. Sherif has a great personality and was extremely knowledgeable. He ensured that we had cold water throughout the tour which was amazing it was very hot in June. He also made sure we were able to handle any stairs or climbing that may have been involved. He helped with picture taking and giving us as much information about the temple in the shade or shadow as he called it which is important in the heat. I loved his stories and the knowledge he provided, he was also able to answer questions that we had. He helped us navigate through the vendors that have goods to sell. I would highly recommend Nile Holiday and Sherif Afify he was a 5 star guide. When I come back to Egypt I will be sure to ask for him again.

We recently did this tour in Aswan. This is a private tour so you are able to move at your own pace. They bought bottled water very often you didn’t have to ask. Once you arrived at Philea, you took a small private boat to/from the island. At the unfinished obelisk, there was minimal climbing up the stone. The guide, Sherif Afify, was WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, smart, funny, accommodating, patient, and nice. Overall, I recommend doing this tour while in Aswan.

      Great Tour!

The driver and the tour guide were great. The tour guide provided a ton of information in this short period of time. No extra selling, no rushing, and was just a very enjoyable day.

The car was clean, they were on time, and they provided me plenty of water to stay hydrated.

I would highly recommend this tour!
