We had rented a car from Budget and we had great experince with the staff and the overall rental. Great customer care and excellent service from the staff we met at both arrival, receiving the car, ( Mr. Abdulhamid ) and when handing the car back at the departure terminal ( Mr. Moustafa ) . Both gentlemen were very professional and provided us with remarkable care. In fact Mr. Abdulhamid was kind enough to help us to navigate our way to the hotel. Hotel Sierra Sharm el Shiekh. Lovely clean hotel with quiet adult only pools, Peter at the Sunset bar & pool couldn't do more for us, an extremely hard worker who looked after us every day. Our room ( 3414 ) was cleaned daily by Mohammed, he is a superb young man with a happy attitude - if we were short of anything we only had to ask ! All staff at the hotel will go above & beyond to help with dietary needs. Rear of hotel backs on to Soho Square with restaurants bars & shops. This hotel is highly recommended .
