I was never picked up from my hotel though I waited and even got someone to ring in and enquire were they were. This was conducted in Arabic and the call was never returned.

Would like a refund. You calls never called Never came to my hotel to pick me up Did not answer your customer service number or email.

Tour Guide came on time to pick us up. That is the only positive about this tour. That one star is for that. As soon as we get into the car, the tour guide was on the phone with his friends/family. He was on the phone for the entire trip. He hardly explained anything to us about any of the attractions. I do not suggest this guide/company if at all you are travelling to Cairo.

We booked an excursion at 8.00 a week in advance. Now it's 9.00, nobody came and the company doesn't pick up the phone. Trying to write to Tripadviser support to cancel the booking and have a refund. Definitely do not recommend this Fay By Night!!!!

Coming to Giza, Egypt and visited the Pyramids was a dream that came true. Dalia, my tour guide, made it a very special and unique experience. 2 million 6 hundred blocks of stones what makes the Great Pyramid in Giza,no pictures allowed inside the narrow passage way but you can go down on one of the smaller pyramids and take pictures inside,must see when visiting Egypt.
