My mom and I had the most amazing experience. Wonderful guides. Egypt is beautiful and feels far safer than places like Mexico. Transportation was in very nice clean modern vans with excellent drivers. We were well taken care of from the moment we stepped off the airplane in Cairo until the end of our trip. We made so many memories it’s difficult to describe them all. We did add an extra day in Luxor to see Abydos and Dendera. I’m a little difficult with food as I don’t eat bread. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. Food in our hotel and on our cruise was AMAZING.

Pros: The shuttles and guides were great. Cons: 1/ Accommodation could have been better for the price we paid. 2/ The Nile cruise (Club Adventure) that was originally booked was very bad. The rooms were not clean and the cruise broke down, wasting half a day for us. However, the tour company provided us a private shuttle and covered the places for that day. 3/ The guides took us to a lot of stores for purchasing items and souvenirs. It would have been better if we visited more places rather than shopping. I strongly recommend US travelers to exchange USD to Egyptian pounds and use them for tips and purchases. Otherwise you will end up spending 2-3x more with USD.

Our day at the Pyramids of Giza was unforgettable. The guide was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the history and significance of the site. Riding a camel around the pyramids was a unique experience, and the Sphinx was even more impressive in person. The photos were stunning – high-quality, professionally edited, and perfect for reliving the memories. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

There are Two incidents which I would like to specially highlight, we had booked for hot air balloon ride in Luxor and paid in advance, but due to some unfortunate situation we had to cancel the ride at last minute, Mr. Mahmoud and team ensured that we get a full refund for our rides, this gesture of going out of the way and helping us out was really commendable, the other case was that while in Luxor and returning to Cairo, we were on our way to Luxor airport and during the ride we came to know that our passports were missing, we thought that we had left then back in the cruise, our guide quickly coordinated with the Cruise, got the passports and also ensured that we reach airport on time. This was a very comprehensive and mostly all inclusive trip that is a truly a VIP experience. I had my own guide(s) and driver(s) throughout the tour that catered to my every need. A trip of a lifetime. Wonderful tour group from the moment we got off the plane to the moment we boarded our return flight home. The tour company was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Our tour guides Randa (Cairo, Giza, Memphis, Saqqara) and Mohamed (Luxor, Aswan, Valley of Kings, Abu Simbel) were personable and have extensive knowledge of the sites that we visited. Our driver (Sameh) was amazing especially in Cairo where no American should ever drive. We were greeted by Mahmoud who got us through customs in a flash and already had our Visas waiting for us. We were with a private tour of 12 people and the guides gave us direction on where and when to be somewhere each day. The communication was exceptional. Our tour group had flights returning home all throughout our last day and my wife and I had a 7:00 a.m. flight. Mahmoud and Sameh greeted us at 3:00 a.m. with a smile and they made sure we got to our flight safe and sound. For those of you concerned about safety, there is no need as there was never one moment that we felt unsafe and were never put in a position where we felt nervous. In fact, at times when the locals were wanting to get close to us to sell their merchandise, our tour guides were there to make sure they didn't bother us too much and advised our group on how to get through with little to no worry. I would highly recommend this tour company and would use them again in a heartbeat upon a return trip to Egypt or any other tours this company would provide.
