Jeet Kune Do is the martial art that started from the philosophy of the well-known movie star, Bruce Lee. It's simply the direct expression of one's feelings with the minimum of movements and energy. I wish people could know that there are only two places to experience the right Jeet Kune Do in South Korea. It's truly a rare martial art to learn, even though most people know about Bruce Lee. We'll work on six training elements: stance, footwork, balance, alignment, recovery, and flexibility. We'll discuss the philosophy: the simple, the direct, and the nonclassical. And we'll train in the Five Ways of Attack: SDA—Single Direct Attack; PIA—Progressive Indirect Attack; ABC—Attack By Combination; ABD—Attack By Drawing; and HIA—Hand Immobilization Attack. The whole experience will be a special memory of your trip to Seoul.
