    Nami Island in Snow
Absolutely spectacularr trip! Our guide, Mr. Park, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a wonderful host. Even with a record snowfall in Seoul, every detail was thought of. We felt we had more than enough time at each stop, did not feel rushed. Great communication before and during the tour! Punctual and professional. Highly high;y recommended!

    Wonderful day of adventures
Wonderful day out enjoying some of SK's natural beauty. The bus ride was comfortable and Josh, our wonderful guide, kept us up-to-date with any important and relevant information as we headed to each location. (perhaps less time at Petite France and some more on Nami Island, otherwise a lovely day out)

    Romantic island for couples
Nice romantic places to go with partners, Quite crowded with tourists. Must know how to appreciate the greenery or nature otherwise may find it boring. Cool weather now and maple trees falling as into Winter. Can Zipline over if adventures enough otherwise willl need go by ferry

Day trip to Samaksan Lake, Nami Island and Railbike
Nice experience and breathtaking views. However the whole trip was very rush. Not enough time to fully enjoy the trip. Traffic was bad on the way back to Seoul.

Badly managed and at times chaotic day trip.
My first ever 'poor' tripadvisor review. In fairness we went on a sunny autumn Saturday to busy destinations along with many Koreans out enjoying the sunshine. This made for very slow bus journeys and very busy destinations. Peter Park our guide did his best but management on the day was poor. Traffic made getting out of Seoul slow to our first destination - The Garden of Morning Calm. A beautiful setting of around 30 small gardens all interlocked. Very well worth visiting - we had about 75 mins there - 2 hours would have been ideal. This was the highlight. Then a slow coach ride to Nami Island where the management was all wrong. The trip said lunch was not provided but Peter organised a lunch for those who wanted it - but the restaurant was on the mainland NOT Nami Island. We therefore wasted an hour in a very crowded mainland area before finally getting the ferry. Peter then told us we had 25 minutes on the Island - we actually spent more time queueing to get on (and back off) the Island than actually on it. You need 2 hours to do the Island justice and had the lunch been arranged for on the Island then that would have made sense. The Island has plenty of cafes/food places so I suspect Peter was on a retainer or free lunch to take visitors to a particular restaurant. He also had a nice line in selling seaweed snacks to us on the coach which I did not appreciate. Nami Island is worth visiting but you need to allow time for the ferry to/from and time to explore. 2 guests were left behind somehow between leaving Nami Island and getting back to the coach - no idea what happened to them! The final activity was the Railbike ride - I would describe this as at best a quirky fairground ride - we actually spent more time doing this than the 2 'highlight' activities. What was a 10 hour all day trip lasted 13 and got us back to a single drop off point a long way from our hotel/pick up place - took us another hour to cross Seoul and missed our evening restaurant appointment to round off the day. To be fair to Peter he could do nothing about the traffic - so advice is do the tour on a weekday to reduce crowds and stick to a trip without the Railbike - Morning Calm and Nami Island are worth visiting given the right conditions.

    Disappointed
I don’t know why this received 4 stars. Most of our time was in the bus. We stayed at Petite France for 1.5hrs and there wasn’t really much to see. I was not impressed. I wanted coffee but our tour guide said the food and restaurants in that location wasn’t worth it. So I waited. They then took us to a restaurant for lunch of their choice. Food was ok, again not impressed because we were told we had 40min to eat…afterwards we headed to Nami Island and by the time we got there, our tour guide informed us we needed to be at the boat by a certain time. We literally went in and stayed for 30 min and had to stay in line to head back to the boat. We literally felt like we went in and right back out. We only got to see 5% of the island…then it took 3hrs to drive back to our drop off location. It was a joke. Wish we spent our day shopping instead. My family and I were really disappointed.

A fun outing to cover a lot of ground and see new places!
Had a great time on this tour. Loved seeing and feeding the deer at the temple (though I wish we had had a little more time there) and the castle was very cool. The market was unusual (the sashimi show actually freaked me out a little, lol) but was a lovely quiet place by the water for lunch. Loved how the car travel allowed me to see other aspects of Japan than just city life.

    Do not recommend
The tour felt like a rushed school trip. The guide provided basic information only and most of her comments focused on repetitive reminders about when/where is the assembly point. At every location we were rushed to leave, sometimes even earlier than planned. Nami Island and other destinations are amazing and definitely worth visiting but not with this company.

    Great trip!
It was a great day! We saw the gardens, Nami Island and the Rail Park. It was all nice. We enjoyed the Morning Calm garden the most. Took lots of pictures. The time constraints we a little tight but we got to see everything.

    Great full day activity
Great full day trip with amazing guide Yamy and the driver who got us home safely. Felt a bit short on time at Nami island and in the garden, but even with an 8am start we were losing daylight by the end of the activities, so would have been tricky to make it any longer. All in all time and money well spent, can recommend.

You get your money’s worth on this tour.
Rail Bike experience was great when the weather is good. Beautiful scenery and tunnels. Make sure you have at least 2 that can do the peddling! Nami Island and Morning Calm Garden would be better in the spring. That said there was still plenty to see! Felt we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the last 2 activities.
