An outstanding experience with Imperial Tours
This was the highlight of our visit to Georgia. The tour was exceptional value, well organised, clear information and an amazing driver and guide David. We went to Jvari, Gori, Uplistsikhe and Mtskheta and every stop was fascinating. It made me want to come back and travel the rest of the country. David is a first class guide. I cannot emphasise enough how well informed and interesting his commentary was throughout the journey and how cheerful, thoughtful and respectful he was with all the different nationalities throughout the entire 10 hour tour. His English is excellent and he was able to answer the many questions that we had and provide some great insights into the history, culture and landscape of Georgia. We learned so much from him and the day was really special because we had the opportunity to have him as our guide. Fantastic lunch stop in Gori at a good value restaurant with great food. You will not be disappointed if you take this tour. And the company is excellent.

Very good day trip, this is the best one for you if you are in Tbilisi
Very nice day trip. George tour guide was helpfull. Every part of the country that we’ve seen was amazing. Only bad thing was very bad traffic in the evening when we were approaching back to Tbilisi. Had to seat in mini van for 2 hours in Tbilisi suburbia, million cars, no way out. Driver gave his best effort but that was not his fault.

      Great experience
The day trip was very well organized. Started at 9 am from Tbilisi. They took us to to all the places mentioned in the details, and there was ample time at all the spots. Total duration was 11 hours. Stefan and Vaco were really helpful.

      Fascinating time in Vardzia
We travelled with a small group. I dreamed to visit Borjomi once that's why I picked this excursion, but I was totally surprised by rock village in Vardzia, also I want to say especially respect to our guide Roni (hope it's written correctly). Although I couldn't pick other guide but we were lucky ones with ours. The trip started in time without delays. Recommended to visit this region. At the end I add that bus we were riding on not design for a tall people (my height is about 190cm)

      Day out to Southern Georgia
Travelling to the south of Georgia was one of the best decision. That too with a professional, well experienced guide Mr. Omar. He had good knowledge and gave detail explaining the cultural and historical importance of each place we visited. Definitely looking forward to schedule more booking with Imperial tours company. Thanks!

This trip is absolutely amazing. The sites visited are just beautiful. You get to drive through the mountains, do some wine tasting and snow activities. If there is one tour you should not miss; this is it. The guide Nicholas was so caring and accommodating. A+

      Great Trip!!!
The trip went amazing! We had clear instructions from the organizers about the meeting place and In general the communication was great. Our tour guide Ronny was excellent with explaining everything, he had deep knowledge about Georgian history and Religion, and helped us understand Georgian culture even better. As for the places we visited everything was so interesting, from the pagan cave city to orthodox churches and in the end the Stalin museum. Georgia has a lot to offer and this trip was a perfect glimpse.

      An amazing experience
The great and balanced trip to Kakheti region. The guide Roní is a professional that knows a lot about the region. The whole speech was both in Russian and English languages. The timing was well-planned and the tastings were enjoyable. Thank you for the great job!

      Feb 2025 tour
I joined a group tour on February 27 and it was amazing! The van was clean. The driver was driving smoothly. David, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and was accommodating of all (reasonable) requests. Everything about the tour was done except the late-comers in the morning. I suggest, they should just be given a time limit. If they’re late for more than 20 minutes (like the tourists that we waited for this morning), they should be left. That way, we don’t enable tardiness and also they’ll learn that the world doesn’t wait around and stop for them.

      Very great tour
The experience was amazing and David is such a very good tour guide. Despite the strong winds he still continued to discuss the details. He also makes sure that everyone is around before discussing. Great job to the team.

The trip was very well organised. It was a full day tour. The journey was very comfortable. Our guide Timur was really amazing who kept us engaged throughout the trip by sharing the stories and history of the places on the way making the tour very interesting. He also shared real funny stories from his past tour experiences. He was very fluent in Russian and English and know many words in Hindi too. I would surely recommend all to take this group tour instead of private tour to make it very interesting and memorable at the same time you will get to meet new people across the world.

The guide needs to slow down a little bit.
He talked wayyyy toĺo fast to grab anything at all.
Russian language was prioritized and curt explanations were made in English.

    But!!!!!
The guide made it all up to us by feeding us bottles and bottles of wine and making us have the best time while dancing in the bus!

It was an excellent tour with an informed guide and experienced driver. The guide detailed out every tour point and answered any inquisitive question. The weather was quite cold and the driver made sure to take us safely to each and every spot. Each has its own charm and history. It’s quite enriching visiting and spending some quality time in each spot. The winery and honey has its own unique taste being made in here. Must try and visit while in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Irina from Imperial Tours helped me a lot even before I booked and was always ready to answer any of my questions even before I reached Georgia.

George the tour guide for this trip was good. I just wish he would spend more time talking about other parts of the trip rather than only about wedding city and vagaries of marriage or Georgian women. I learnt much more about this trip from other tour guides in other trips than from George. The tour guide did not even offer water even though it was part of the tour.

Also, the restaurant that this tour takes us for lunch is not worth spending a penny; too pricey and bland in taste and the service was pathetic even after 4pm as the food arrived way too late after ordering. P.S. we ordered vegetarian food.

Trip is cheap quality, the bus is not comfortable and AC does not work, if you go during sumner prepare for sweating and back pain.

They pass by places set up for tourists with the highest prices to buy things.

They plan the trip so you are starving till the end and lunch at 05:30 pm, where they take you to a restaurant they work with that is not included in the booking, and they agree on commission with the restaurant, you have no option to go somewhere else as it’s very far from other places and they refuse to pick you up from other restaurant if you choose not to go.

Staff in restaurant Sekhnika Winery are very rude and disrespectful, we were group of friends and never seen such bad service in any place we visited in the world, food is average, prices are as high as London prices.

To be fair the tour guide was nice and educated ( Beso ),

I recently had the pleasure of joining Imperial Tours 2024 on their tour in Georgia, covering the beautiful sites from Tbilisi to Bodbe Monastery and Sighnaghi. Our tour guide, Omar, was exceptional. He was professional, engaging, and kept the entire group entertained with his wealth of knowledge and great sense of humor. Omar's expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Imperial Tours 2024 for anyone looking to explore Georgia!

We loved nearly everything. We had a great tour leader, Nino & a great group. Despite having foggy weather it was beautiful & we enjoyed every stop. The only negative was lunch - it was at nearly 4pm (too too late for us & the food was very average & expensive). Take your own lunch - because it was a great day out all up.

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed the tour. yes we have a late lunch at 4:00 p.m. but we warn people about it. and therefore we have a stop at a traditional bakery where we have a tasting of local cheeses and you can see how local bread is made. and at this location you can have a snack. and as for the weather, it's not up to us, you can always check the weather forecast before booking an excursion.

Kakheti is a very picturesque wine region of Georgia. The one-day tour from Tbilisi included visits to small towns in this region. Along the way, we stopped several times for tasting: wines, honey, cherchekhela and bread. Sighnaghi is a small town famous for the fact that you can get married very easily and quickly. Telavi is also a small town that became famous because of the Soviet movie masterpiece Mimino. A tour of Kakheti leaves a very pleasant impression.
