Can't thank the tour guides enough for looking after us. We had Brendan as our tour guide and Jack as our driver. Brendan was very knowledgeable despite being only 18, and my three kids were very comfortable with him. We made it through the first two stops as well as lunch (which was plentiful and delicious) and didn't feel rushed in any way. At the third location (waterfall) the earthquake hit. Brendan ran back from the other side where they were parked and started to cut through the fallen trees, branches and soil so we could make it safely back from the waterfall to our van. They then delivered us safely back to our jetty, all the while trying to keep my children calm and their minds off the devastation around them. He even walked us across the road to make sure we made it safely back to our boat, even though I'm sure both of Brendan and Jack were desperate to get home themselves and check on their families. Was a fabulous day up until the earthquake, but we were well taken care of both before and afterwards. Would recommend this tour and this company.

Great day spent with Louise and David. Louise is very knowledgeable and well spoken. She shared a lot of great information with us and gave a good insight into the city/island. Their customs and great detail about the bond between families. Strongly recommend them for your future visits.

It was nice to get out of the city of Port Vila to look around. Waterfall, blue hole, turtles and have a lunch. I did it in 4 hours, because I didn't want to swim.

Guide and driver were very helpful and knowledgeable. Tour was well paced with plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Learnt a lot about Vanuatu’s history, culture and wildlife.

Amazing day out, our tour guide & driver were great, very informative. The Blue Lagoon was amazing, we were there in the early morning & it was very quiet. We could've spent all day there. The Turtle Sanctuary was interesting, the guides were very informative. We did feel bad for the turtles though, I'm sure they would prefer to be in the open ocean rather than being used as a tourist attraction. The Rarru Cascades were beautiful but very very cold, would also be better to take reef shoes as the rocks are slippery & have spiky shells/snails attached to them. All in all a great tour & a beautiful day out. If your smaller kids aren't strong/good swimmers I would recommend to take a pool noodle or flotation device. Highly recommend.

Villa hope was the group i was with absolutely amazing i will say even with the annoying tourists we were with and even got kava the drink not sure how you spell it but yeah lovely tour guide and driver my mother will book with em in the future for another trip haha thats how good they were👍

We had an absolutely magical day! Flo was our guide and she was phenomenal. It was informative, interesting and the locations were stunning! We swam in waterfalls, swam with turtles in the sanctuary, had a beautiful lunch at the sanctuary, swam in the blue lagoon which was gorgeous and then finished the day off at Duty Free. Incredible day and could not fault it.

Brendan (tour guide) and David (driver) were excellent. Friendly, helpful und knowledgeable. They looked after everyone on the tour, gave us sufficient time at each stop and made the tour a great memory for all of us. They picked us up on time and David navigated around many potholes to get us back to our resort safely. We can highly recommend Vila Hope.

We picked a package as soon as we knew we were going to Vila our package said it included lunch at blue lagoon and we also went to rarru waterfalls we had one hr there with no guidance on where to go just be back at van and one hr at blue lagoon of which there was no where we could safely put our bags or have lunch and refreshments as advertised so we were not impressed then we had a short time at duty free and markets

Great day with Simon from Villa Hope!!! He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Gave us lots of info about Vanuatu and always waited at each stop for as long we felt like. We went to Blue Lagoon, AVI Turtle Sanctuary (great place, animals are well cared for and baby turtles released in the wild when they are big enough) and a beautiful waterfall. Amazing day, so much natural beauty in Vanuatu. Lots of swimming, a delicious lunch and a great chat wtih Simon. Thanks!

We had the most amazing Tour Guides Midi and our driver Tony, learning about the island as we traveled to each beautiful location. We got to see 3 different locations in one day. Highly recommend the Team at Vila hope Tours
