What a well organised trip nothing was to much trouble for our driver Stefan . He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Spots visited were amazing with the village being the standout. So happy will use again .Thanks to Sai for communicating via internet 🌸

Our driver Carl was awesome, he was a good safe driver who provided great communication. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we all had a ball.

An amazing tour at our own pace. All the staff at Bountiful are fantastic and friendly. Bus was great and we were able to switch up our stops to avoid attractions that were too busy on arrival, meaning we got more out of the day. We were even able to go to the large supermarket at the end of the day, so much better than the small supermarket in town next the the Port Vila markets. Thanks you so much for making our time and tour in Efate such a memorable experience.

I couldn’t recommend booking through Bountiful Tours enough!! Our excellent tour guide, Stephane, went above and beyond. He was very respectful, knowledgeable about the culture and history and always made sure we were comfortable and happy on each tour. He went out of his way to recommend local spots and try traditional cuisine, but above that - he treated us like family. I’ve never had such a warm and welcoming tour guide. We had the most amazing week with personalised tour days that were tailored to our itinerary. Asha and the team at Bountiful Tours were so accommodating and provided expert advice to ensure our trip was perfect. We visited iconic spots such as Blue Lagoon, Banana Bay Beach Club, Hideaway Island, Mele Cascades and more. Plus, Stephane helped us with airport transfers and was always punctual and greeted us with a smile. Thanks to Bountiful Tours and Stephane’s warm service, we have had a holiday we will never forget. Over for a work trip and transfers were arranged through Bountiful. Our driver driver and guide, Rex, was well presented, knowledgeable on local history, culture and geography, was well articulated. It was a privilege having him provide transgers for my team while there for work. Tankiu tumas Rex!

We were there on Carnival cruise. Renee was our driver and guide. He was great and very helpful and kind. It’s our first time in Vanuatu. It’s beautiful and safe, the people were kind and happy. The locals call it paradise. Definitely would be back and would recommend this local tour rather than overpriced cruise tours. The locals were all thankful that we booked local.

Thank you to Bountiful tours for an amazing day. Larry our tour guide was great. He drove us to the the beautiful Blue Lagoon, then recommended the Cultural Centre which we all enjoyed, with our day ending at the duty free shop and back to the ship. The snack provided with water was very much appreciated by all. My daughter loved the coconut. Larry was fantastic when it came to catering to our mother and auntie with mobility issue. 5 stars and thank you again to Larry and Margaret for a seem less experience when it came to dealing with Bountiful Tours. Highly Recommend.

Today we had a fantastic experience in Villa and it was due to our driver Jason from Bountiful Tours, he went above and beyond to give my family and amazing and memorable time in Villa. Florida was amazing with organising the tour and was so easy to deal with and went out of her way to provide an amazing and professional experience that we will never forget. Cheers Chris and Brooke

We travelled to Port Villa via a cruise and unfortunately had a TERRIBLE experience with this group. Our itinerary was put together weeks prior, our first stop was to be Evergreen "Mele" Cascades. As we had done our research, we knew the Cascades are now run by a Chinese company. Upon getting into the van, our driver "Carl" asked us if we would like to go to the "local" entrance or the "Chinese" entrance. As we didn't know there was a "local" entrance, we asked if that meant the money went to the locals and not the Chinese, which he responded "yes". So wanting to support the locals we said "yes, take us to the "local entrance". So after a 20 minute drive we arrive at a place called "Tebakesa Spring Pool & Bar" (see Photo), which is an empty, run-down tourist trap, very close to the falls. WELL...it turns out that what they want to do is charge us $20AUD per person, TO WALK ACROSS THEIR LAND, uphill, for 25 minutes, where you then get to the Chinese entrance to pay the normal $40AUD fee...IT'S A SCAM!!! Upon hearing this, we asked our driver, "Carl", to take us to the Chinese entrance, only for him to start saying "there is no Chinese entrance, only this one". Even though not 1 other tour van/bus was at this location and it was clear he was lying. So for an hour we debated with this guy and the manger of the company over the phone, only for them to REFUSE to take us to the proper entrance. In the end we had to tell them to take us to our next stop on the itinerary and we didn't get to see the Waterfalls. BE WARY OF SCAMMERS LIKE THIS!!!

We booked the mini van four our group of 9 for one day. We've arrived by cruise ship and Bountiful Tours were waiting for us inside the cruise terminal. Van was comfortable, clean and with aircon. Rex, our driver, was sharing interesting facts about the local area. He was patiently waiting for us while we were visiting Eden on the River and Eton Blue Lagoon. On the way back he took us to a great vantage point overlooking bay and our cruise ship. Rex also provided a plate of local fruit. We booked the mini bus online and the contact was flawless. Rex you were amazing . You took us to some wonderful places , first at the blue lagoon and then to hideaway island . The duty free was also excellent. Thanks Rex you were the best .

Our family of 4 booked a mini van for the day while in port (travelling on Carnival Luminosa). Florida met us on the warf and Jasin our driver was waiting close by. We gave Jasin a list of places we wanted to visit and he organised them into a suitable itinerary. The bus was clean and comfortable with icy cool air conditioning. Jasin answered all of our questions and pointed out interesting facts on our travels. For lunch we asked to have some local food (not resort food). So we could combine some shopping at the handcraft markets Jasin took us in to the fresh food markets on the warf in town and then to a little place known as Our Local Resturant. It consisted of 4 picnic tables and a tiny open air kitchen. The food the chef ‘dad’ produced was incredible. So fresh, flavoursome and perfectly cooked. We will be going back again next time we are in Port Villa!! During the day Jasin provides us with bottled water, fresh fruit and snacks. The fruit in Vanuatu is amazing. No cold storage for their produce! We had a thoroughly enjoyable day and would recommend Bountiful Tours and transfers. Thank you Florida and Jasin

We were met at the cruise port. Florida went to the hospital to organise a visit later in the day. We had goods to donate. Rex organised 2 village visits where they had been badly damaged by the 2 cyclones in March to donate goods. It was a real experience going out into the countryside. Rex stopped whenever we wanted to take photos and then after visiting a school with more goods we went to viewpoints, market and dutyfree. He would have continued for another hour but some of our party wanted to return to the ship. he explained things when we asked questions. Thank you for your help Florida
