Overview
It is an excellent combination when you want to have the spiritual experience from different worlds: in the morning, you will have a visit to the Guatavita lagoon , source of inspiration for the Legend of El Dorado and the movie with the same name. The beauty of this place will overwhelm you and confirm you minute by minute that you made the best choice. You will cross the Savannah and arrive in the afternoon at the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá, the First Wonder of Colombia with an imposing architecture. In a single day you will enjoy the indigenous spiritual cosmogony, Christian spirituality, the beauty of nature and the grandeur of architecture. Is not it a perfect plan? ** It may take longer than usual for road arrangements. ** At the moment Guatavita doesn't have guides in English, you can take the tour in Spanish.
