    Coolture knows!
This guys know definitely how to curate places within big cities. The places Angela took us were flawless. The service was good, the food was amazing. And don’t get me started on the drinks (we even bough a whole bottle of Aguardiente just to share the good vibes). We had such an amazing time another group started hanging out and we finished going dancing with them to one of the best discos in Colombia called VideoClub. Angela and her team definitely know what they are doing! So thank you again for the wonderful moments and the so well made logistics that make everything seem effortless.

    Great Tour in Chapinero
Natalia did a great job hosting myself and my cousin on this tour. We visited several locations & since we were the only guests got to ask a lot of questions and learn about the culture of Colombia. Highly recommend!

    Loved our tour with Gina
Gina was a lovely hostess. She’s bubbly, chatty and knows a lot about Colombia and Bogotá. She made us feel comfortable, asked us about our trip and recommended some things to do. As for the experience, she took us to some lovely places to eat and drink in areas where we felt safe. We especially loved the tacos and cocktails.

    Culture and drinks!
This was such a fun tour. The drinks were unique and fantastic, the food was perfect, and the guide was so kind. Ask for Gina! It was a great way to start my trip in Bogota.

    Sweet and kind Coolture!
The coolture gained from this cocktail tour was amazing. It was hands down one of the best times I've had in Colombia. My guide Gina was a delight. She was very accommodating and more than reinforced why Colombia is such a beautiful place. I had the best cocktails and tacos in my whole life. I swear it's not hyperbole, maybe I need to go out more! 🤣🤣but it's going to be difficult to beat this. Don't hesitate to book a Cocktail and Coolture tour! You will love it! My only regret was not taking any pictures. I was so entertained and in the moment that I totally forgot. The tour is unforgettable but pictures are always nice, so don't forget to take lots.

Angie was a great host, I got to practice my Spanish while also trying cocktails at some really cool places in Chapinero and learning more about Colombia.

    Intro to Bogota's Happy Hour
A fun afternoon walking tour of three trendy spots in the Chapinero neighborhood. About 1.5 hours before our 3:00 pm tour, a WhatsApp text confirmed our meeting place. Accordingly, we met our Coolture Coo guide, Gina, at Salon Tropical for the start of the 3:00 pm tour. Gina not only spoke excellent English but she was born/raised in Bogota; she had in-depth knowledge of Chapinero and Bogota’s history, as well as the surrounding areas. We were provided with individual booklets that explained our route and a description of each drink. There was a nice vibe as people were enjoying the food and drink and live music. We sampled the Lulo (Chivas extra 13 with homemade passion fruit syrup topped with Merlot Wine) and the Chilango Golden Berry (muddled jalapenos, mezcal, ginger syrup, Uchuva puree with golden berries). Our next stop was a restaurant, The Insurgentes, where we chose (instead of an adult beverage) watermelon juice and horchata/hibiscus juice to accompany our delicious tacos. Our third and last stop was at La Pinta where we tried the Don Pinta (Don Julio White tequila and Campari with pineapple, strawberry, and cardamom infused homemade oil, topped with fresh pineapple juice); and Gulupa Mojito (muddled lime wedges and fresh mint leaves, brown sugar, Zacapa Amber rum, a touch of sherry, filled with fresh gulupa juice, topped with club soda, garnished with mint leaves). Our tour lasted about 3 hours during which we enjoyed lively conversation with Gina, including food and travel tips/facts: an excellent introduction into Chapinero's happy hour scene.

    Great experience
I'm new to Colombia and I thought it would be a good idea to take part in one of the experiences Angela provides in order to start knowing about the city and many of its cultutal aspects. Total worth it! Loved the food and the places we visited along the journey. Angela is a great and warm host and a very detail oriented person and I definitely recommend her experiences. Next time I will take the bike route experience.

    Amazing Tour! Angela Was Great!
This was my fourth and final tour in Bogota, and it ended with a bang (good bang!). I visited Bogota with a friend but he wasn’t feeling well so I decided to do the tour alone. I was running late to this tour since my last tour ended later than it should have, but Angela (tour guide) assured me it was fine. In fact, I was the only one on this tour so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I really appreciate that Angela was super flexible. I was a little nervous being the only person on the tour but all my worries went away the moment me and Angela linked up. The conversation was great throughout the night and the drinks were superb. If you really like cocktails, then you will really enjoy this tour. Though I’m sure the last place was a part of the tour, I loved how Angela was great about me ordering a Columbian Beer. She listened to an earlier comment I made about loving beer and thought I would really enjoy some of the local Colombian beers at this spot. Also, lastly Angela is super cool host who was born in Bogota. You’re not only getting great drinks on this tour, but Angela is also super knowledgeable about Bogota and Chapinero. Her English is great as well! Lastly, she isn’t a part of some tourist company chugging out tour after tour after tour. This is her own company and everything comes out of her own pocket. It’s admirable to see her running her own business and being her own boss! I highly recommend this tour!

    Vegetarian food tour
We did the vegetarian food tour with Andrea who was filling in for the woman who normally runs the tours. Andrea was fantastic - she told us a lot about Bogotá’s culture and the various neighbourhoods and felt like a friend by the end of the tour. The amount of food was just right - not too much and not too little, and all of it was delicious. A highlight included a deep fried mushroom “alita” and the juices at Uba. We stopped by a very cool bookstore along the way and browsed there for awhile too which was a nice little detour. Even if you’re not a vegetarian, I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the culture of Bogotá and Chapinero.

Fun & Interesting Tour of a Chill Neighborhood!
This is a wonderful tour if you’d like to experience some of Bogota outside of La Candelaria. Chapinero is a trendy and upscale neighborhood about 20 minutes north of the hectic historic district. It is decidedly modern and considerably more laid back, perhaps in part due to the lack of tourists. Angela, our guide, has a real passion for her neighborhood which shows through her thoughtful commentary of the spots she took us to; places she frequents. Indeed this felt less like a tour and more like hanging out with someone from the neighborhood for a few hours. While everywhere we visited was great, the indy bookstore and the cafe were standouts- the latter offers one of the best arepas you’ll taste in Bogota. Unfortunately I can’t recall the name, so take the tour to find out!

    Great Quinta Camacho experience!
It was an amazing experience! Angela is a great guide, she knows the city very well and she is an expert in finding the most amazing little places to go. I live in Bogotá but I didn’t know these cool spots, so I loved exploring my city in new ways. It was like being a tourist in my own city, which I loved.

    Fun Tour with Hidden Spots
The tour was a good way to see a side of Bogota you wouldn’t normall see as a tourist. We went to so many cool spots, many of which are top spots from our entire stay in Colombia. Angela was very kind and accommodating and I felt like I got to see more of the city than tourist trap places. She also provided recs for dinner after and it was our best meal in Colombia!

Angela was such a great host for this experience of being tourist in your own city. She showed me great places that I hadn’t visited before and made me change the perspective of a really cool neighborhood as it is Chapinero. 100% recommended for her energy and her experience!
