Private tour!
Jan. 2020
Again l did not know this was a private tour. But because of that, l could spend the time as l wanted. Enjoyed seeing the city from above and walking through LaCandelaria. Alejandro was a flexible guide and we opted not to go to the museum of gold but saw another one instead.

Great introduction to the area
Our guide Alejandro met us on time at our hotel. He was very friendly and eager to show us this beautiful colonial part of the city. His English is outstanding. We kept our itinerary flexible due to weather and the unexpected early closure of the Gold Museum. Alejandro gave us a couple of suggestions on additional sights to see as well as his favorite restaurants near our hotel. Following our tour he took us to the door of our hotel.

Our guide Rafael was excellent explaining all the different sites and providing context to the experience. We enjoyed this tour and would recommend to see the main highlights of Bogotá in one day.

A great day
My daughter and I went on the tour with Alejandro as our guide. He was fantastic, both knowledgeable and personable. He knew the shortcuts and anecdotes that make any tour special. It was a long day with a good amount of walking but well worth it if you really want a sense of Bogota and its history.

Great Tour with Great Guide
Mar. 2019 • Friends
My friend and I had a wonderful tour with Bogota Pub Crawl. We were fortunate to have Santiago as a wonderful guide. His English is excellent and he was very engaged and informative. La Candelaria is a very interesting district and the Gold Museum is worth seeing. There are great views from Monserrate and the site is beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour.

A perfect day :)
Our guide was Santiago and he was the perfect guide for us! He told us every interesting detail about Bogota, it's history and other topics. Since the private tour consisted only of 3 persons (Santiago, my boyfriend and me) it generally had a very relaxed vibe to it, like visiting a friend who simply showed us around the city. The open and kind personality of Santiago supported that feeling in every aspect. No matter if you wanted to ask critical questions about politics or take some extra time for photos, he was completly cool with it. In a nutshell: We totally recommend this tour and if you can, do it with Santiago :)

Muchas gracias! Saludos de Laura y Alex

Bogota city tour de jour!
Excellent tour to get a great view and feel for the city. Walked about 5.5 miles so it was nice to be active as well. Rafael was a very good guide who knows lots about the city. He also spoke excellent English and even let me practice my Spanish.

No pues, WOW
What an amazing day we had with Lina. We met her and the driver at a hotel. We headed for Monserrate, what breathtaking (literally...elevation 10,400”)
View of Bogota and a beautiful church. We shopped around, ate empanadas, and took pictures. Next we headed for La Candelaria, we stopped to grab a cappuccino and try an indigenous drink called chicha, in a local coffee shop. We also stopped at the Botero museum...and wow it was amazing. Next we headed for Museo del Oro, but on the way we stopped to eat Bogota style tamales and drink a beer. Plus more shopping and more coffee because when in Colombia....drink lots of coffee. Overall it was a great tour. Next time we are in Bogota we will book the pub crawl.
