I went to Yas Kartzone with my wife for my birthday, and it was an awesome experience. The track felt long enough to really enjoy the race, and the gasoline-powered go-karts had great speed, making it even more exciting. We visited in the middle of the day, but it wasn’t too busy, with only about five other people on track, so we had plenty of space to push the limits. They provide everything you need, including a helmet, suit, gloves, and balaclava. The track itself is really well-designed with a fun mix of fast sections and tight turns that keep you on your toes. There is also a live screen that shows your lap times and how you compare to others, which adds to the competition. Overall, great place for go-karting, and I would definitely go back for another round.

first of all The team is so rude you cannot imagine. They all think they are Professional f1 drivers and they don't even know how to drive! - The location is not given and you can look for the place forever, no indications at all. - When you get there it is barely if they say hi to you, zero client care. - No drinks to wait not even water - During the briefing They tell you to keep the equivalent of 5 cars distance for security reasons then if you do that when driving they will kick you out of the sessions saying "you're too slow, your session is over". So after 6min they stop you and you pay 600$ for nothing. - They don't wash any clothes, the suits are all dirty and you get it from 10ppl before who have sweat inside. - They don't clean the cameras on the car so whatever you get is a blurred sequence. - I paid for the video 60$ and I received 1:12Min of video!!! their system is totally broken. - The communication between the team is terrible they don't even know what to do. I advise you to rebuild this company totally, change the staff and senior instructor who actually eats while taking the cars out. this is a terrible mess and absolutely not the right image of this sport and the city of Abu Dhabi. DO NOT PAY FOR IT!

Not the greatest day out. No trip around the circuit, no walk on to the circuit and certainly no ride around in a car on the circuit. They were holding a triathlon the day we visited, but they must have known this when we booked the Tour, but still charged full price. The young female English tour guide was like something from The Apprentice! It was a joke how little she knew or seemed to care about our day. Feel we should of been charged only half price as so much was Off limits the day we visited.

I have bought a driving experience GT4 via their website but never received the tickets. Customer service is very slow and does not show interest in solving the issue. So now I am forced to ask my bank to get my money back!!

I had a chance to be part of Formula 1 race in 2024.its been an amazing experience and priceless. This event is absolutely awesome and one of greatest event I have been participated.

While I typically don't leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience, particularly to highlight one exceptional individual: SHIBIN YUSUF, Senior Instructor. A huge shoutout to him! This was my third visit, and I'm pleased to say that they've finally brought on board someone capable of effectively managing the driving experience. However, I must mention that the receptionist was rather rude. If you need assistance, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Shibn—I'm confident that if he can help, he will. He even managed to secure extra slots for us, which he does for many others as well. We observed Shibin from 12:30 PM to 3:45 PM as he diligently checked on each participant to ensure their well-being. Me and my family admire how he manages to care for over 200 customers, +conduct briefings, oversee all instructors, and still find time to hit the track for some drifting. He truly is an invaluable asset, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Yusuf, and I look forward to my next visit!

Visited for the Formula One Abu Dhabi GP. We were in the West Grandstand, was a good view and we saw a lot of the action (overtakes, lock ups etc). Definitely one of the best races to attend as the track is purpose built and there are a lot of extras included with your tickets. Free shuttle bus with AC was running from the mall and other attractions to the track which was very useful when you want to get out of the heat. We wasn’t able to go to the concerts as the wristbands ran out very quick but that didn’t bother us as we came for the racing, but if that’s your thing queue for them early as we saw a lot of unhappy people. Tip: Walk to the Hilton hotel after the sessions and book an uber to get off the island from there if you’re staying elsewhere.

Pros A very professional and knowledgeable tour guide who interacted well with the group. Being able to see so many areas of an f1 track and being able to walk on the track and go around it and getting to stand on the podium was epic and an F1 fans dream come true. Having a bus to take you around was a blessing as there is a lot of ground to cover. Cons Poor signage to where the tour starts and where to meet, Small variety of merchandise available, Would be nice to have some f1 themed professional photo opportunities like other places have that just makes it memorable.

For three nights a week you can register to walk or cycle around the track free of charge. We turned up at 5.30 and were fairly near the front of the queue. At 5.50pm we collected bikes and helmets and went straight out onto the track at 6pm. You simply take your bike back when you want and the next person gets it. Good bikes with enough gears for every level of ability. The track is open for 3 or possibly 4 hours. The sad part are the lycra brigade. They charge around thinking they own the track. They shout that you should be on the right so they can fly by yet they also then hound people who are on the right! They clearly don't like the general public being there and are trying to intimidate people. The best course of action is to stay left and remind them that they shouldn't be drafting. They should really have their own night and let the general public enjoy the circuit all other nights, or, go and build their own track. It is a fabulous initiative by Yas Marina and Abu Dhabi to get families and especially kids active. Lets hope the semi pro's grow up and start to encourage fitness and cycling.

Very bad experience . Ticket was not validated and ride time was postponed and I was nit even informed. Book directly with yas marina to avoid issues. The people at the yas kartzone helped to get a new slot.

What an epic race performance this year 😎🇦🇪 Had previously last visited here in 2017 and nothing much has changed. Still such a wonderful circuit to visit and is definitely a highlight of the F1 calendar. The overall organisation is pretty good and the digital tickets has its advantages but nothing will ever beat a solid form ticket for remembrance. Lots of food stalls and activities during the f1 weekend. Overall the only thing that can be improved is the traffic flow post races as time really goes waiting

Awful experience. I bought my husband a track day as a gift. He then got trapped abroad for visa reasons, unable to get back to the UAE in time for the booked date. Yas Marina Circuit's T's and C's are draconian: "no changes, no refunds" and their lack of customer centricity is disgraceful. It seems that the call center is not empowered or encouraged to help customers. They asked for evidence that hubby was trapped abroad, and even after we provided it they refused our request for a change. We had a very different experience at a nearby competitor, where one weekend that surgery was required, they immediately changed the track date over email - no penalty, no "evidence", no drama.

On a recent holiday to Dubai we travelled to Abu Dhabi for the Yas marina circuit tour, the tour was fantastic and it was great to see all the behind the scenes parts of the track. The tour was made special by our guide Mr Zeeshan Niazi, his knowledge was superb and his delivery was fun and professional. When he found out it was my 60th birthday he made it special for me and called his colleagues in Ferrari world where we were going next and insured they made my visit there special too. Thanks Zeeshan, it’s refreshing to know there are still great people in the world.

The Yas Marina circuit is a beautiful setting. Great layout, with easy to access and ample parking. Good toilette facilities.
