What to Expect
After pickup from your Abu Dhabi hotel, set off on your tour by comfortable, climate-controlled coach. As you travel, learn about the city’s past and its 20th-century oil boom—a time that triggered its transformation from a humble port to today's metropolis.
Visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the world’s largest and Abu Dhabi’s modern showpiece. Explore the white-marble courtyards of the complex and learn how it can accommodate up to 40,000 worshippers.
Next, stroll around the souk to browse the gold shops before diving into the Dates Market to see and sample some of the many varieties of dates on offer.
Drive along the Corniche to admire the skyscrapers and beaches on each side, and visit Heritage Village, an outdoor museum celebrating Abu Dhabi’s Bedouin heritage. Watch craft demos and check out the museum, replica village, and falaj irrigation channels before finishing with a hotel drop-off.

- If you are visiting a mosque especially the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, you need to have a more conservative dress code. For men and women, your legs and arms need to be covered – no shorts or skirts above the ankle. Additionally, your clothes should not be tight fitting – this is not the place for yoga pants! Try and ensure the fabric of your clothes is opaque as well, as see-through garments are inappropriate in a religious environment. Female visitors to the mosque will be asked to cover their hair; however, a headscarf will be provided to them upon entry. As a side note, you will be asked to remove your shoes.

I visited this place on Jan. 1 in 2020, actually, I don't like the mosque. Tens of thousands of people swarm into this tourist spot, and it was so crowded. When I saw the luxury pieces of stuff, I don't appreciate them.

It is unfortunate that you have not enjoyed the Sheikh Zayed Mosque visit due to the big amount of tourists during the holidays that usually start from 2nd week of December until 2nd week of January. Sometimes it is out of our hands and we cannot do anything in regards of this. Please if you can provide your booking reference and your pick-up location that day for further investigation.
