Masjid e Taneem is a mosque in the Al-Hil area about five miles away from the Holy Kaaba, in Taneem, which is near Mecca, it is the boundary of Haram. Masjid Aisha (Arabic: عائشة مسجد), also known as Masjid al-Taneem (مسجد التنعيم), is a mosque located at the site where Aisha رضي الله عنها was instructed by the Prophet ﷺ to enter into Ihram in order to perform Umrah during the Farewell Pilgrimage. It is the nearest and most convenient location to enter into Ihram for those residing within the boundaries of the Haram.

- Taahi0 contributionsPlan your visit on your own!Research,plan and execute all by yourself. I have seen friends who paid hefty sums but experienced the bare minimum. All the signs are now also in English and the people are very helpful; and of course: use your map. It takes 3 days or so to visit all the places. Make sure you visit villages in Makkah as well and try local foods. Food intolerance the malls are just so delicious but it's all foreign. Experience the country for what it is.Written 12 March 2024
- EigoNoSensei0 contributionsBad!The driver was so hostile. He seemingly didn’t like driving or his job. He didn’t even say ‘hello’ to us, not said a word inside the car. When he saw us we said instead of saying hello, how are you? he said ‘open’ (he means the door) with a non-smiling face, not even a ‘please’. I had to keep asking ‘where are we going now, where are we going now? and he answered very reluctantly. His poor English is not an excuse not to say a Hi! or not to smile. He just dropped us to the places and we had to figure out what to do. If I knew this guy would be the driver, I would have hired an Uber.Written 2 January 2023

Ended up going to another hotel and on top of that did not speak a word of English nor Arabic. Refuse to give me a refund even though the driver didn’t even come.Written 30 December 2021
- 745tariqa0 contributionsBetter off using an Uber!1) Driver arrived half an hour late, in spite of numerous confirmations of the time. 2) Didn't speak Arabic or English. 3) No guide, literally just a driver taking you to the destinations. You're better off using Uber to go from spot to spot - save you half the cost at least.Written 27 December 2021

From Ajyad area, we hired a taxi for 30 Saudi Riyal.
No haggling , the driver name his price.
A return back to Haram after our fajr prayer in The Meeqat was free.
We took the free bus ride.

Actually I went in Jan 2004 to perform Hajj with wife,it was an amazing experience, every thing was very good and very cheap at that time, weather was good,my residence was very very near to Haram
