The trip could not have been more memorable if it wasnt with Mohammed. Mohammed is one of the nicest person I ever met. Though these few lines would not do complete justice to the services Mohammed provided, I am actually honored to provide my inputs. Mohammed is a wonderful person and we utilized his services for 5 days. He is complete professional when it comes to punctuality. He was always there before the promised time. He helped me with my itinerary and helped me make the most out of my Jordan trip. He was super caring, friendly, trust worthy and seemed like we were traveling with a family member. He even went farwith covering places which were not part of our itinerary. Travelling with a toddler, i was always worried if we could see everything that we intended to. But thanks to Mohammed, we saw more that what we expected to cover. He took us to try the best falafel sandwiches I ever had in Amman, took us and even treated us to the most famous sweets of Jordan, bought me the famous "jordanian coffee". If that was not enough, he even accompanied us to shopping, just to make sure we dont get lost otherwise. His car was always stuffed with snacks, juices and bottled water. He treated my daughter with chocolates ( almost everyday! ) and toys. He used to carry my younger on his arms, so me and wife could hike tough terrains. I swear, Mohammed, is a gem of a person. I am so thankful for his services, courtesy , care and love he provided us. His car was neat and immaculate. And, his driving is very safe. For him, his customers comes first than anything else. We went from Amman to Dead sea to Petra to wadi rum to aqaba and back to amman. It was a totally memorable experience and with Mohammed we managed to cover almost everything that we expected to see and much much more. He used to stop at the best picturesque spots ( that most do not know about ) and helped us take wonderful pictures. I definitely recommend Mohammed. A wonderful person, fantastic service and infinite care. He won our hearts.

I booked Mohammed for a day trip from Amman to Bethany Beyond Jordan, Mt Nebo, Madaba and Mkawer. Mohammed was good at communicating prior to my arrival in Jordan. This was important because as a woman travelling alone you do need to be careful! He was punctual on the day and an absolute professional all day. He took me where I wanted to go and didn't mind how long I spent in each place - I like to linger to get a feel for where I am - the significance and appreciate the historical relevance - not just take a photo and move on. He even took me to some extra scenic vantage points long the way. Mohammed also shared aspects of Jordanian life with me which I greatly appreciated.
If you are looking for a driver, I have no hesitation recommending Mohammed for your trip. He is professional, punctual, interesting, fun and, above all, safe.
Just be aware that in Jordan drivers are not allowed to act as guides. They cannot accompany you into the sites for example to explain anything. If you want that then you would have to arrange that separately.

We spent a week in Jordan in Dec 19-Jan 20 and I had planned an itinerary with a very tight schedule and I needed a reliable driver and car for the week. I am so glad I found Mohammed who was quick to respond to every question I had during the planning phase. He drove us all the way from Amman to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and back to Amman and Mohammed made all of the car travel a breeze for us. I was dreading the car journey with two kids initially, but Mohammed made it super comfortable for us. He helped arrange a car seat for my kid well in advance and put my mind at ease upfront! He is extremely thorough and always watches to alleviate inconveniences we have during the journey. His car is clean, fully equipped with snacks, phone charging cords, high speed wifi, bluetooth music player and he even offered me his cord less phone charger when I wanted to charge my phone while away from the car visiting sites. He is also super punctual and extremely responsive. Mohammed was very kind to get fruits and bread for us and our kids. We thought he went out of the way to ensure he provides the best possible service. He also helped me bargain with a shopkeeper when I went shopping in Amman and when I had no local currency he in a heartbeat offered to pay from his pocket without any hesitation! Highly recommend his extremely professional & reliable service and safe driving. Mohammed - thank you for everything, we wish you good luck for your future.

I can’t recommend Mohammad enough!! We were three ladies traveling through Jordan and we felt very safe and well taken care of the whole trip. Mohammad was always on time to pick us up and take us to our next destination and he always had the car full of snacks and drinks. He even brought us coffee in the mornings with a candy bar which was such a nice treat.
I reached out to him via WhatsApp to book. He was incredibly helpful from the beginning and made suggestions to improve our itinerary. Unfortunately, we had already booked non refundable hotels so we couldn’t make any changes. I’d recommend running your itinerary by him before you book anything since he can help guide you!
Throughout the trip, he’d give us helpful recommendations on where to eat, what to do, etc. He also would plan out a few stops between our destinations that were either good photo opportunities or just cool sites to see. We had such a great time chatting with him and learning about Jordan on our drives as well.
Whether you need transportation around Jordan or even just a pick up / drop off at the airport, I highly recommend booking with Mohammad! You won’t be disappointed!

Mohammad was one of the best drivers I have ever had. He was so friendly and accommodating to our schedule, and went out of his way to show us more of Jordan than we thought we'd get a chance to see. He was very responsive and proactively reached out before we even arrived in Amman, was always on time or early to pick us up while we were there, and went out of his way to bring snacks and water so we would be comfortable during the trip. His car was very clean and comfortable, and had wifi and a great sound system which made for a very easy trip. We felt very safe and happy with him and would 100% use him again if we ever go back to Jordan!

Engaging Joyful Roads is the best decision that we have made in Jordan. We stayed in Jordan for 10 days and Owner Mohammad (and his team) was there for us literally from airport arrival to departure. The car is extremely clean and smoke free, comes with Wi-Fi, charging cables, air-con, free snacks and drinks for every trip. Mohammad gave us explanations, tips and advice along the way. We got to see nice scenery and taste good food from his recommendations. Mohammad text us every day to check if we need any help and ensures that we are doing ok, even on days that we are not engaging his services. We enjoyed the interesting conversations with Mohammad to understand Jordanians and their culture.
Look no further and you will not regret choosing Joyful Road. It is not easy to find a reliable and affordable private car service in Jordan and we got more than what we could have asked for. Joyful Roads is a rare find in Jordan and Mohammad runs a business with his customer’s safety/interest at heart. Mohammad (and his team) is very punctual, (consideration of travelling distance/time and peak period) so please respect their time. Here is our itinerary:

Mohammad hmaidan was our driver/guide over our 10 days stay. Hands down, an honest, knowledgable, thoughtful and caring person. His service exceeded well above my expectations and I cannot fault him. He is a resilient driver and was well familiar with the routes in Jordan. He's navigation was impressive! At the very least, mohammed is an exceptional and professional driver. But his invaluable service offers so much more and his service was worth every penny.
He made every effort to make my family's stay memorable and always went the extra mile for us. He was ahead of our early arrival even before we had landed. He reassured me when my husband's passport was taken at baggage claim and we were being held for a while. After our tiring ordeal at the airport, mohammad stopped off at a local shop to refresh us with cool beverages. He ensured the van was fully equipped with wifi, phone chargers, power bank charger, headphones, yes, mohammad was armed with everything! It really is reassuring.
Daily snacks and drinks were topped up every morning which was essential to keep our kids going throughout our travels. He was patient and flexible as I added/removed/changed my mind about things in my itinerary. He had a genuine interest in making our experience in jordan the best and with his help, it truly was.
He advised me well when planning my itinerary, he was punctual and patient when we were running late, he helped to arrange excursions and ensured my family had the best guide at wadi Rum! We trusted his recommendations, from excursions, restaurants, experiences and none of them disappointed. He would always check in on my family and was interested in our honest feedback with every recommendation he gave.

I just returned from a week-long trip all over Jordan. I booked this company because there were over 70 reviews and every single one was 5 stars. I found it strange that not even one review was 4 stars or lower but now I see why.
I was so lucky to have the owner Mohammad personally drive me around for the week. You can't find many people as good and caring as he is. He drove me all over the country from top to bottom and it was an amazing experience. Normally when you get a car service you sit in the back and maybe make some idle chit chat with the driver. With Mohammad you feel compelled to sit up front and get to know him and his country better.
What they are selling is a private car experience. What they are delivering is comfort and peace of mind. You have no worries when you're travelling with them because you trust Mohammad so much and know he always has your best interest at heart. If any issues pop up, you can rest assured that Mohammad will have your back. When I was stuck in a desert camp with a very poor connection and having trouble with my credit cards being accepted, he offered to drive all the way down from Amman and bring me cash.
The free water, snacks and Wifi are great, and he's really flexible on changes needed to your itinerary as you go along, but the real value is carefree travel. You know Mohammad will be there early to pick you up and you will have a safe, enjoyable and comfortable ride to wherever you are going. He is so great not only at pointing out the sites but giving you travel suggestions that will make your trip the best it can be and you never have the worry he is trying to upsell you on something. This guy I trust to the fullest.
I'm actually sad now to be back home and not get to spend more time with him. Do yourself a favour and book with this company. I'm so glad I did.

A colleague in Yemen recommended Mohammed & I wasn't disappointed. He scooped us up on a Thursday evening - that's me, a friend & her 10 year-old daughter - & carried us safely to Petra, supplying us with snacks & drinks on the way. The following afternoon he took us to Wadi Rum, & the day after to Aquaba. We organised the trip between us, I had booked some parts of the journey before Mohammed was recommended, & he made some great suggestions eventhough we didn't have time to take up all of them. He was good natured & calm (even when we insisted on playing music VERY loud on the return journey). Nothing was too much trouble, Mohammed bent over backwards to make our trip enjoyable. I unreservedly recommend him.

I and my friends have experienced a great time in a unique and unforgettable journey with Mohammad. Mohammad took care of our well being to the extent no one felt ever dissatisfied but rather everybody was very positively surprised with, for example, making stops on the road for coffee breaks, presenting us little souvenirs and meals, showing picturesque spots to take photos or offering water and snacks during the whole trip along with the access to Wi-Fi and mobile charger in his comfortable car. He was always on time and helped us to arrange the day the way we could see everything which was worth seeing and not to miss any attractions. Thanks to his commitment we have great memories from Amman, Petra, Wadi Ram desert, Aqaba and the Dead Sea shore. Mohammad shows a friendly manner and a good will, is communicative, eager to provide with any useful information and advice and ready to adapt to customer’s expectations. I highly recommend his services.
