We Booked a 9 day tour package with this Agency, we have tried to contact them via phone and emails and there has been no response since February this year. No Refund or Reschedule of the tour so far.

Our trip was supposed to happen three weeks after the conflict broke out. Compass was very helpful and professional despite the situation. They promptly responded to our text and provided us with a refund. I hope to be able to do one of their tours in the future.

So, looking forward to going to Israel We were on our way to Bethlehem etc., when we got turned around to go back to port. Assured we would be reimbursed while on the coach, never have been. Booked with another company to go to the dead sea, reimbursed immediately when we couldn't go.

We were supposed to be coming to the Holy Land on a Celebrity Cruise. We booked 2 private tours with Compass Travel Israel, each for $990 USD. Our cruise got cancelled, so I emailed Compass Travel Israel. I've sent 3 requests to them (info@compasstravel.co.il) asking for them to reimburse us as we are no longer traveling to Israel. They have not replied, or returned our money.

They kept us informed and due to the out break with the war they refunded the whole tour. When use them again if ever in Isreal

Our shore excursion was supposed to take place the day after the Hamas attack, Compass was very professional and handle all our inquiries and refund promptly. Despite the ongoing situation, they still respond to our text/ email promptly, truly wish to be able to do business with them in the future and tour the beautiful country. A few months ago we booked a tour from the Haifa cruise port to Jerusalem with Compass Tours. I got a call from them about two weeks before leaving, they told me they would not be able to take us because they had checked the time our ship was leaving and feared we would not make it back in time. I really appreciate the call. After looking at our itinerary and rearranging a few things I realized we could do a similar tour with them when we got to Ashdod. I went ahead and booked it feeling confident they would take good care of us. Unfortunately two days before we were scheduled to be in Ashdod the war with Hamas broke out. Our cruise ship turned around and we did not go to Israel at all. Ben Levy emailed me immediately and assured me we would be getting a full refund. Although I am devastated by the events in Israel and Gaza I would still like to visit the region once things are stable. I will not hesitate to book more tours with Compass. They are definitely have integrity. Prayers to all 🙏🏻

July was our guide for this tour. July was on time waiting for us at the port. The guide was very knowledgeable and considerate. The driver was fantastic and moved us thru busy streets and kept us on schedule. We recommend Compass Travel and will look for them when we return to Israel.

My family wanted to do a Holy Land trip together and I was tasked with finding a company or tour group to use. I was first interested in Compass because they offered a Catholic-specific tour which we were looking for. They also allow you to start your tour on any day of the week unlike most places that have set weeks for tours. The website said if you have a group of 6 or more people, you can do a private group tour. We decided to do the Catholic Holy Land Tour Package for 8 days/7 nights. The price included everything: pickup and drop off from the airport, breakfast and dinner each day, hotels, transportation, entry fees into the holy sites, etc. I was a little skeptical to book through a company I've never heard of before, but it had great reviews and seemed authentic, so we went for it! This trip was truly an unforgettable experience that my family and I will cherish forever. Compass was great at communicating with me via email and WhatsApp, they even had our tour guide reach out to me on WhatsApp a couple days before our arrival to start coordinating things. It was easy to find him when we got to the airport, we only had to wait a few minutes before he found us! Our tour guide, Avi, was phenomenal! He was one of the big reasons our trip was so special. He was friendly, fun, and so knowledgeable. He was able to give an answer to all our questions, adjusted the itinerary when we asked him to, and even had a few surprises for us throughout the week! We felt very safe with him and he did an excellent job organizing everything and getting us to/from each place. We used a very nice van for transportation all week that had great air conditioning, was spacious, and clean. Having a private tour is the way to go, we were so happy to not be in a giant tour bus with 40+ other people. We loved how Avi would open the Bible and read a passage before showing us a holy site, he really wanted to make sure we understood the meaning before going to see each place. He even got us involved and had us take turns doing readings at some of the sites which we enjoyed! We felt like the tour encompassed all of the main sites we wanted to see. We knew we'd have a day at the Dead Sea but didn't know we were actually going to get to swim in it! That was such a fun surprise. Both of the hotels were adequate, we stayed at Prima Park hotels in both locations. The Jerusalem one was definitely nicer than the Tiberius one, we had a few issues at the start of the Tiberius stay but Avi was quick to communicate with the hotel staff and get everything straightened out. Breakfast and dinner each day happen at the hotels and are buffet style. It was nice having 2 different hotels so you could experience some different food throughout the stay. We had a mix of doing street food and sit-down restaurants for lunch depending on the day and itinerary. Our day would usually start around 8am and we would return to the hotel around 5-6pm with plenty of time in the evening to rest up for the next day. We mostly stuck with the itinerary, Avi had to change plans at times to deal with traffic and large crowds related to the holiday that was happening during our visit. He managed to still fill our days with sites to see and no time was wasted which we appreciated! The day of our departure lined up with the day that the attacks started from Gaza. Compass already had a taxi driver planned to come at 8:30am to pick us up and the driver still came despite everything that was going on. He got us safely to the airport that morning which we were so appreciative of! I'm so glad that Compass took care of us from start to finish on our trip, we felt like we were safe and in good hands. We had a perfect experience thanks to Compass and Avi, I don't think it could have been any better!

We have an amazing time in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Our tour guide Avi waited for us at the Haifa port with a very comfortable and new 7 seaters. Avi shared a lot of his knowledge and history with us. Avi made a good arrangement and we were back to Haifa on time even there was a traffic jam. The tour covered all the places listed on the itinerary. Highly recommended!!!

The tour was well paced and the guides were very good especially Deny and Dan. The driver who picked us up, Mr Moti, was excellent too.

Unfortunately we had to cancel this tour at the last second due to the war in Israel. Despite having significantly more important things to deal with than our tour cancellation, Benjamin replied quickly with a complete refund. Our thoughts and prayers to everyone in Israel, and we hope we are able to reschedule our trip in the future.

Unfortunately, due to recent events in Israel, we had to cancel our tour as our cruise changed route for the safety of guests. The company responded to us with a personalized response and promptly canceled our purchase, which could not be refunded in case of cancellation. I hope everything goes well in the Holy Land and next time we will definitely book with them again.

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide Raphael was so fun. He was a wealth of information and certainly knew his way around the sights and the best way to utilize our time. We saw so much and learned so much. This is a long tour but well worth it. We went home very happy and exhausted😃
