Combine ancient history with a desert landscape on a tour from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. Visiting Mount Zion, the Old City, Western Wall, and Via Dolorosa, you’ll cover key Jerusalem highlights with a climate-controlled coach to whisk you between sites. Since a morning of sightseeing means plenty of time on your feet, finishing the day at the Dead Sea is a spectacular way to recharge.
What to Expect
Your tour begins with a drive to the Mount of Olives, which offers stunning views of the Holy City. Onward you will continue on to Mount Zion, the site of King David’s Tomb, the Hall of the Last Supper, and the Church of Dormition. Upon arrival in the city itself, you will explore some of Jerusalem’s most famous sites. You will walk along the Cardo, a restored road that dates back to Roman times. You will then visit the world-renowned Wailing Wall (Kotel), one of the city’s most sacred sites.

Afterwards, follow in Christ’s footsteps along the Via Dolorosa, the route he took on his way to being crucified, culminating at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Leaving Jerusalem behind, you will be driven through the Judean Desert en route to the Dead Sea. The lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea is known for its therapeutic powers. Finally, visit one of the health resorts located on its shore, bathing in mineral-rich mud, before floating upon the salt-laden waters of the sea itself.

Excellent tour of Jerusalem and the Dead Sea!

Zohar Tsofnat was a fantastic guide- very knowledgeable, friendly and he had lovely banter! We walked to each point of interest, he explained it clearly and then we had time to take it in. The dead sea was fascinating and we had ample time there.

Great tour and even better tour guide

Did his tour from our hotel in Tel-Aviv and was thoroughly impressed. The tour guide's (Yossi) knowledge about the heritage sites we visited was exceptional. The tour destinations were also very rich in it's history. Highly recommended tour and touring company.

I strongly recommend this tour, and generally this guide service company, especially if you re only staying in Israel for a few days. The guide was nice, relaxed, pleasant and very good in explaining the history. I will definitely use this company again next time...More

Frequent flyer points or additional costs...if you are lucky and the flight is full in economy you might be considered for an upgrade ( status and ticket class play a role)
