i had a luck to talk with Tim from lanka tour before I plan details when i just had air ticket. and he suggest itiniery during my stay and i also give some feedback and suggestion. result was very successful and satisfied becuase i had spent the best time out of my short visit (3 days) at sigiriya, kandy, mirissia, galle and more. not only that, tim explained and shared a lot of real sri lanka culture and stuff beyond tourist information, which i always look for my travel. i felt like traveling with my long years of friend for 3-4 days. absolutely one of the best tours among my 80+ counties tours and highly recommended to anyone.

For the lazy, it was a great day that is highly recommended. For those who are really interested: A look outside the mainstream showed that Tim is extremely talented. Explanations about the culture and traditions and the history of the country were impeccable and were explained with patience. We also had dinner together on the long journey, he asked if we could make a quick stop at the scrapyard, logically, as a car mechanic I couldn't miss it 😂. The country has a lot more to offer than just a few historical sites and beach. So my personal expectations were more than exceeded, Tim did his job perfectly and can be recommended at any time!

We arrive at 5pm. It took us about 30 minutes to clear immigression and custom. Very fast with many counters. Then proceeded to collect our luggage. It was a easy exit.

I usually not write a review but in this case , I just have to. This was a excellent experience , tim take us from arugambay for one week and show us a lot of places in the road, explained everything and help us to choose hotels and restaurants. He not only a good guide and driver, he is first a good parson. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Sri Lanka.

Great experience with Tim getting transfer from Ella to Arugam Bay and then a few days later from Arugam Bay to Colombo. Always exactly on time and car very comfortable. When we got to Colombo, he even arranged for a friend to return to bring me to the airport for my scheduled flight at 3am. Would 100% recommend.

I did a 15 days tour of the island with Tim (Tharaka) that included most of the touristic part of this beautiful island: I have only great words about the service that I received. Tim is an absolutely great guide, driver and friend. He was very attentive and helped out from the trip planning to the everyday needs, showing flexibility and adaptation to one’s own preferences. Our trip also included a few hikes, a train ride and a cooking class. Tim is also a very informed guide and knows the culture, the history and the places. He will take you on and off the beaten track and will make your holiday memorable, as he did with mine. I definitely recommend Tim and would give him 6 stars if I could: it is not usual to find such a passionate guide who loves his work so much and gives 100% to the success of your trip.
