The trip was for 5 days. Chamara was very helpful as we were two families with 2 infants. He was on time and always ready to accommodate anything changing. He offered and actually took care of the infants whenever needed. He always suggested the best places and best restaurants. He also helped us get better deals on the stuff we bought and accompanied us. Certainly went out of his way to make sure that we had comfort and more than pleasant experience. We traveled in November December 2024 and our route included Kandy, Nuwara Eliye, Mirissa, Bentota back to Colombo airport. We hired a toyota mini van and all our luggage fitted in properly. The van was cleaned properly everyday and Chamara made sure that it is clean for the infants (couple of time took and trashed the diapers too, which was absolutely not in his job description). The tour has been a pleasant experience for us and we would highly recommend it (especially one with Chamara) to anyone who wants to travel and explore SriLanka.

Mohammed, our driver, took us on a Sri Lankan 14 days trip and was always ready to suggest us the best place to eat or a new place to visit to add to our program. Our driver Chamara was very charming, friendly and reliable. We also felt very safe with him during the entire 4.5 weeks. He also helped us along the way to get to know the country, the culture and the people and helped us to pay reasonable prices for fruit, vegetables, massages and much more. It was also a lot of fun, which is very important for such a long time. Our children also felt very comfortable with him...and he got a little insight into the exciting time of raising children. Fantastic private transfer service! I booked multiple private transfers with TravelbeingdoM over the course of a 4-day stay in Sri Lanka. Colombo Airport > Hotel 1. Hotel 1 > Hotel 2. Hotel 2 > excursion > Hotel 2. Hotel 2 > Colombo Airport. All of the transfers were seamless, and the drivers made me feel safe and comfortable, which was extremely important to me given I was a solo female traveler during my entire stay. I would receive a Whatsapp message in advance with the car and license plate for my driver, and my driver was always timely. Highly recommend TravelbeingdoM for any of your private transfer needs in Sri Lanka! Note that they accept several payment options, but I found that cash was the easiest (either in USD, EUR or local Sri Lankan rupees (LKR)).

We organised our Sri Lankan Tour through Altaf and he planned everything from driver to hotels. His suggestions were spot on. The driver Roshan was such a nice guy and took us everywhere we requested. We needed extra help in getting our delayed bags delivered to the hotel so Altaf arranged for another driver to assist - all done in the friendly Sri Lankan way! Overall a great experience in SL and plenty of memories to take back. I will definitely recommend you to whoever asks for help planning a trip!

Very good experience with a very good price. We moved a lot across the country and we met many different drivers. All the drivers were professional, safe and always on time.

Spent 6 weeks in Sri Lanka and these guys had the best prices and customer service. I found these guys as my other taxi company started yelling at me through texts… yeah super weird. This company offered to price match the other company’s price even though they were undercharging (I told them but they yelled again!) So I’d rather give my money to a good company like this one. Also! Our van had an exhaust problem 30 mins into trip but the company organised a replacement in the next city. Great customer service. Always had the beat price by up to 25% less than others! They also have a great booking system over WhatsApp so no information gets lost. We also got to stop for up to an hour for free for lunch or dinner (I even detoured to a shop I really wanted to see!)
