We went on a tour with Jigden's team around Central Mongolia and the Gobi desert. This trip turned out to be one of the most amazing trips we ever had. First, the communication and payment arrangement were very easy with Jidgen, who is very accommodating. We were sharing the tour with another couple and he made sure it was a good fit. Then on the day of the tour we were met on time by our tour guide, Gira, and our driver Dawka. They are awesome people who worked hard so we could enjoy our tour. Friendly and very professional, they brought us across the best landscapes Mongolia has to offer and shared their culture and history. Dawka is the best driver and made sure we did not get stuck offroad due to weather conditions. Gira is the best tour guide and cook, and she managed to cook 20 different meals with normal and vegetarian options. The only improvement area is the camps and nomadic families selection in a couple of locations, which could be better. The rest is 5*.

I had a great time exploring Central Mongolia and the Gobi Desert! Jigden was very helpful with all of the planning, and Tsengel and Davka ensured that we got to see some really stunning landscapes and learn a lot both about the history of Mongolia and about the modern lifestyles of nomadic families. I signed up as a solo traveler and made friends easily with the others in our small (4-person) group. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The team really went above and beyond to ensure all of us had the most amazing experience possible. The Central Mongolia tour for 6 days arranged by Jigden was just awesome. Moreover, we could also visit the Nadaam festival on 6th August. Byraa who drove our land cruiser alongwith my guide Bata are such lovely and wonderful people. We enjoyed every moment of the trip and visited almost all the places possible. The whole trip was so fun in the company of Bata and Byraa. Thanks Jigden. Will visit again during winter. Also recommend to whosoever is visiting Mongolia, there can't be a better tour other than arranged by Jigden.

We had a tour of 5 days via Idretour and Jigden. Amazing experience. Very pleasant English tourguide (Tsothla) and fun driver (Senka) made our trip. Due to a lot of rain those days and potential floods they helped adapt the schedule a bit in order to keep it safe and still see everything planned. Thanks a lot! Memories for life.

My trip with PACKAGE TOUR MONGOLIA was spectacular!!! I had an amazing time and took a lot of beautiful pictures. The Gobi Desert is absolutely beautiful and the travel agency is very professional, organized, and good at what they do. Jigden, the owner, talked to me before the trip to ensure he understood what my priorities & objectives for the trip were and made me feel very taken care of. He customizes and ensures the guide & the driver are aware of who we are, what we want, and that we are treated with the utmost care. I highly recommend this travel agency and the driver, cars and guides are theirs (and not third-party). So you are always with someone they have trained. I look forward to hopefully going back to Mongolia to explore the northern part next time. The north is a completely different landscape (with forests, lakes, raindeers, etc) and I amazed with pictures the guide showed me he had taken with some tourists last season. If I return, will most definitely be with Package Tour Mongolia and Jigden's Team.

We did the 4 day Mongolia tour with Jigden in December. Throughout the entire planning process, Jigden was patient and accommodating, even offering us advice as we were travelling overland from China. Throughout the trip, Jigden upheld the same level of professionalism and warmth, going out of his way to pick us up from the bus terminal, and bringing us out for dinner and around the city. It is an understatement to say that we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly during the trip, and we truly are immensely grateful to Jigden for catering to our every needs, and personally bringing us out into the countrysides in his personal vehicle. The experience left me wanting more, and I am certain that one day I will return to seek greater adventures with Jigden and his team.
