Picked up on time, actually my flight was early and he was waiting! Excellent communication via WhatsApp. Driver was great, friendly, we chatted the whole time. Got be right to my hotel in Nah Trang in about 40 minutes from Cam Ranh airport.

It was a fantastic whole day experience. We learned so much and our guide Hoi and driver Liem just couldn’t have been better. We don’t feel rushed at all and were just taken care of well all day. This tour is highly recommended.

Tour guide is excellent , converse in english , knowledgeable, knows cultural history of local original cham tribes of the area and very very friendly.

With an 8 year old daughter, we were looking for a short half day tour around Nha Trang. We found this company on Viator after a simple google search and used the web interface to book. The options available for start time ranges in 30 minute intervals all morning, so we picked 8:30am. It was extremely easy to book. The next morning we were met in the hotel lobby by Ha who was absolutely lovely. She and Mr Lim the driver then gave us a personalised tour in an air-conditioned vehicle. Ha gave a great explanation on the history of each of the sites, knew the best places to take photos of our family and was completely flexible with timing. With a grumpy 8 year old, we wanted to spend just enough time at each location to absorb it, but no longer and Ha was completely accommodating! I can't recommend this company enough for flexibility, personalised experience, comfort, clear information and ease. We were even given good recommendations on where to go for good food! Great tour company!

Pros: we had the option to pay extra to be picked up from our resort. It was convenient in the sense that our tour guide, Ha, was there to organise transport and to find available seats at the different locations we went to. When we went for a dip she was also there to mind our belongings. Ha knew enough English so we could communicate. Cons: for the price paid I would expect that we would have a more private experience at the 3 destinations we went to. We did get our own boat to ferry us around however we were stuck with rest of the tourists at each destination. This has its own charms but perhaps not at the price point paid. For lunch, this was a set menu and we sat in an area with the rest of the tour groups that soon arrived after we sat down. The options for drinks was inflexible, only beer or soft drink. We asked for a Vietnamese coffee that Ha did kindly try and follow up on but alas we never got. Summary: we did get to visit 3 different destinations but apart from the boat and the car ride to the ferry point it was very much a public tour rather than a private experience.

Our guide was great! He took my partner and I to three different islands, where we swam and sunbathed (in the first one), we snorkeled (in the second one) and we ate a delicious and huge lunch and swam as well (in the third one).Our guide was so kind! He speaks English and Japanese fluently and he speaks some French as well. And he took so many photos of us that we have excellent memories from that day. We got so early to the first island (around 8am) that there weren’t any other tourists other than us. It was like a private white sand beach just for us for one hour! Until some tourists started to come. It was beautiful! We swam and sunbathed. We went next to another island to do some snorkeling. We saw so many beatiful fish!! So many different shapes and colors. We loved them. We went then to the third island, where we ate a full course lunch that consisted of so many different dishes! Soup, salad, shrimps, squid, stir-fried noodles, fish, rice and watermelon. We almost couldn’t finish everything! And then we swam a little bit and just relax on the chairs. We are so happy we booked this tour. We highly reccomend it.
