Receive a morning pickup from your Nha Trang hotel and head to a traditional market, where you’ll shop for fresh ingredients for your cooking lesson.
Once you've finished getting supplies you’ll head to your cooking class, during which you’ll learn from a chef who will help you prepare typical Vietnamese dishes like rice pancakes and spring rolls. Deepen your culinary knowledge by also learning how to make condiments for your dishes using staples like fish sauce, chili, and garlic. If you like, you can even decorate your meal with curved chiles and banana leaves.
After finishing your Vietnamese cooking lesson, enjoy your creation for lunch. You’ll proceed from your meal into the countryside outside Nha Trang, where you’ll have the opportunity to experience Vietnamese rural life. Enjoy an included horse-cart ride, admire vistas of bright-green farm fields, and visit a local village to explore a pagoda and school.
You’ll be dropped off at your Nha Trang accommodations at the the end of the trip.
