He was knowledgeable and gentlemanly, we were very comfortable on the entire trip. We visited emperor Khai Định tomb, which was surprisingly beautiful with the dark stone architecture and the opulent artistry of the ceramic murals. The royal citadel was nice too. We were picked up at our hotel at 7am to avoid the crowd up at Bana Hills. - Adrian R0 contributionsWonderful day with the delightful Ms TrinhWe were met by our guide, the delightful Ms Trinh, and our driver Mr Phuoc from our train and taken to our hotel and then proceeded to visit the tombs of the 12th and 2nd Kings of the Nguyen Dynasties. Timing was brilliant as we missed any crowds. We then visited the pagoda and took a private dragon boat along the Perfume River to lunch. This was a 5 course traditional Hué cuisine menu. Perfect. The afternoon’s visit to the Citadel, Imperial and Forbidden palaces was again just excellent. Trinh was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. She made everything very interesting and not just a history lesson. Mr Phuoc was so polite and punctual for every pickup. Everything kind of came to life as we stood in these majestic temples and heard local knowledge from somebody who is very educated as to what, why, where, and when. With humor he was able to even explain theory and myth which was fascinating. Very good English speaking and all of our questions were addressed in the most polite manor. Excellent service and reactivity. They were always prompt to help and react and their prices are very competitive. We organised several private transport through them, as well as all our tours in Phonh Nah (kayaking day and 2 days in the jungle).

We did Phong Nha to Hue private transfer with DMZ tour. The trip included a tour guide and entrance fees to Vin Moc tunnels, Ben Hai river museum, and Khe Sahn combat base. The tour also included a local lunch, water, and snacks. We had Pho Ga (chicken soup) which was delicious and the snacks included local fruits, a large coconut and local coffee that was grown at Khe Sanh! Our tour guide Ms Thach was so lovely and super informative. We learnt a lot from her and she was really helpful with any questions we had. Having a one on one tour guide was really worth it for finding out the history of the DMZ and the War. Our driver Mr Quy was also super talkative and made the long parts of the drive pass by quickly. We enjoyed listening to his stories and information about personal experiences in Vietnam post Vietnam war and local life around Hue. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone that really wants to immerse themselves in the history of the DMZ and highly recommend both our driver and tour guide!! We say a big thank you to them for making the tour so unique and worth it.

We booked the private transfer from Dong Hoi to Da Nang.
Our driver Mr. Hau was very attentive. He took care of our needs even though we cannot communicate very well in English. We stopped at a few tourists spots for photo shooting and a lunch break with no extra costs.
The support team is always responsive on WhatsApp.
I do wish the deposit can be paid via credit card without additional costs.

My driver was Mr Hau. I needed a private ride from Don Hoi to DaNang after visiting the caves. Mr. Hau picked me up on time. He was very professional and a very safe driver. He was very considerate. I needed to find a pharmacy. He googled the nearest pharmacy took me there and came inside with me to help explain what I was looking for and make sure was what offered was what I needed. We made several stops along the way at historical sites. My favorite part of the trip was the beautiful
Scenery on the Hai Van Pass. If you need a private driver. I highly recommend you ask for Mr Hau.

We arranged a Private transfer from Oxalis Tu Lan Lodge down to Hue after our Oxalis experience. We changed pickup times and the number in our group and Culture Pham was super accommodating.
Mr Hau came and picked us up right on schedule, even with a Tropical Depression growing into a Thypoon with torrential rain…and he got us to Dong Hoi to drop off our new friends and then onto Hue in the most professional and skilled driving manner I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.
I recommend anyone looking for a great transfer to make use of Culture Pham, absolutely fantastic service

From the minute we booked we knew we made a great choice. It was very easy to organise and We had a fantastic trip to paradise caves with xi and our driver Luu they both went above and beyond what we expected. Xi has so much knowledge and we really enjoyed learning from her and we felt like we left the day with a friend.

It was a wonderful private transfer from Hue to Phong Nha with beautiful stops on the way. We stopped at La Vang Holy Land, visited Hien Luong bridge, Ben Hai river, Vinh Moc tunnels, and then got to Phong Nha. Our driver Vu was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and safe. We highly recommend this private transfer from Hue city to Phong Nha Town and remember to request Vu as your driver.

Today we went with private driver Hau from Dong Hoi to Hué. During the day, we stopped several times to see the Vinh Moc tunnels, Hien Luong Bridge,…
When you need to drive from/to Hué to/from Phong Nha/Dong Hoi, I strongly advice to hire a private driver and take advantage to make these stops along the route.
Hau is a good driver. We felt very safe and he speaks good English.

Today we went from hue all the way to the Phong Nha Caves. On the way we stopped several times. Our tour guide, Mr. Hau, told us a lot about the war, the history of Vietnam and the cave. His English was very good. Overal it was a great day and both our guide and our driver were really nice.
