I booked this food tour for my family with some hesitation knowing what the traffic is like in HCMC. Also, my wife and son have never ridden on a motorcycle before. However, at the end of the tour we all agreed that it was one of the best experience of our trip. The food was authentic Vietnamese street food. We had 10 stops sampling 10 different dishes. Kris, our tour guide leader, gave us a very good commentary on each sampling along with some history of the street vendors. My wife had a female driver, Tun as her driver and my son had Cheese. All were students and it was interesting to hear their story along the way. I was most impressed with how they negotiated the crazy traffic in HCMC. They are what made this tour so special for us. Just amazing people! And the food? Best to join this tour hungry because there was more than enough to eat with each sampling simply delightful.

quite last min, we decided to join the tour immediately after we arrived in HCMC. we glad we did it! there were only 3 of us which was perfect cos we prefer small group. Daniel, Ted and Cheese were our guides. they speak good English and they took good care of us. all the food were at places locals would go and they were all delicious. please join with empty stomach! we enjoyed our first night! thanks guys :)

Today we had a fantastic experience with Harry and Mac, they were extremely professional and very knowledgeable for their age (22) providing myself and my friend with a true Vietnamese tasting sensation…! Zipping through the city on a moped around 10 mins between each stop and a full description of what we were about to experience and also a little history of the area and the establishment that we were eating. A truly fun afternoon that I would recommend to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Brilliant 5 stars *****

This food tour was outrageously good. Harry and Mac were our tour guides were so professional and knowledgeable and both spoke English amazingly. The food was incredible from start to finish and blasting through the streets of Saigon on the back of a motorbike was such good fun. If you’re planning a trip to Saigon you need to do this. It was one of the best tours I’ve ever gone on. I was a little concerned about riding on the back of a scooter as I am in my 60s. But the drivers are university students and are amazing guides. It is a great way to see the city. We had eight stops, each better than the last. Truly spectacular food from these little holes in the walls that you would just not venture into on your own. So the guides did their homework. Learned a lot about food, but the guides were friendly and open about discussing their lives. Solo traveler who was paired up with four others.

Kelly was an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the food scene in Ho Chi Minh City. She happily answered all of our questions and took the extra time after the tour to bring us to the best money exchange location, which was the gold store by Ben Thanh Market. Kelly even provided food recommendation for the remainder of our time in Ho Chi Minh City. Tun, my driver, easily and safely navigated the streets, while making good conversation throughout the tour. All of this, not to mention every food spot tasted great! I would book another tour with them in a heartbeat.

My business associate and I had a day to spend in Ho Chi MInh and decided the night before to take this food tour. We are so glad that we did. Everything about the experience was great. To start, Kelly was an outstanding guide sharing passion, knowledge and humor. Lexie and Tun were also with us and we were very impressed. The tour offers a chance to taste many different local cuisines, tour the city and enjoy the scooter ride. I thought the scooter would be the toughest part to enjoy but we loved it. This motorbike food tour was the highlight of our trip in Ho Chi Minh City. Kelly and Tun were our guides and we got lucky as it was just me and my husband on this tour. Kelly was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food and her city. We started the tour at 11:00 am and we so thankful that we didn't eat breakfast before the tour. There is so much food we couldn't eat everything at each stop. We enjoyed all the food and the history of each stop.

This was such a fun experience - there were 6 of us in total (3 couples) and the guides (Kelly, Happy, Ricky, Ted, Lu and Tun) were amazing. They were so passionate and chatted to us all the whole night, explaining the food, places, history of the stalls etc., plus giving their own personal insights. The food was really good and such a variety. You definitely get fed very well and the papaya salad with beef jerky was the star dish! Great vibe all around.

Fantastic Saigon Vibes back-streets food tour on scooters! Our guides Jack and Thai were so knowledgeable and engaging, explaining all the ingredients, how to eat certain dishes correctly and background on the restaurants, culture and areas we visited. Jack’s been a guide for 6 years and his experience shows. 10-courses including drinks, appetisers, 4 main dishes and dessert. All off-the-charts incredible. And incredible value. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic glimpse into HCMC street-food options.
