Getting to and from the airports in a foreign city is one key to a successful trip. Fortunately, I booked our private car service to Hanoi Airport through this company. They saved the day for us and got us to our flight on time! Unfortunately, I made a big mistake by using the wrong address of our hotel. There are two hotels with very similar names in Hanoi, but I chose the wrong one and it was far away from our hotel! By the time we figured out my error, we were losing valuable time. The company worked quickly to get us a new car and rescued us. The lesson? Always hire a trusted company to drive you to and from the airport and always check your hotel name and address very carefully. I recommend this company!

We booked an Arrival Pick up through ' "Welcome Pick Ups" Cost was 12 Euros each way , quite reasonable . We were greeted in the arrivals Hall with a young man holding a sign with our name on it . We were asked to wait at the Kerb as he called our Car . We were soon in the Car and on our way to our Hotel . The whole process was very simple and Flawless . Very Happy

Our driver waited very patiently while we were delayed in long lines at immigration and then had to wait for our luggage at Noi Ban Airport. He let us know exactly where to meet him and quickly got us to our hotel in Tay Ho. We will definitely use the service again.

I'd like to highly recommend Mr. Hoang and his car booking services. We traveled around Vietnam for almost  a month and have relied on Mr. Hoang's services such as transfers between cities and full day tours in various cities. We received help with planning our trip before we arrived in Vietnam,  Mr. Hoang was always available both by email and Whatsapp to answer any question and was able to confirm our plans in advance.   The drivers that we had were always professional and friendly. Very prompt and excellent service. The driver arrived before 5 am for the early morning pickup. Another driver was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. Cheaper than the price we were quoted at the hotel. Highly recommend this service. Also the WhatsApp communication was really helpful.
